Jennifer was the rudest, condescending, and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. DO NOT use this company. They will not be able to give you the information you need to keep your family safe and will be defensive and talk down to you for asking questions and trying to get clarification. This usually only happens when they are a shady company. Stay away!
