Rodney was very professional. He was very thorough and made sure every duct was cleaned. He did a great job of patching the holes he cut in the ducts. The aluminum tape was fantastic.

I was very impressed with the service with the company I called and they were at my house within a few hours. I had no heat the technician quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options to fix the problem with no pressure as to which one to choose, took pictures of my furnace and showed them to me and my husband, took the time to explain the pictures to us in language we both could understand. Will definitely recommend this company to other friends and family. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The technician came to do a 6 month inspection/checkup. The furnace is new, when we mentioned a strange noise. It is an intermittent issue so we have another appointment to track it down.
Unlike the cable guy, who shows up between 0800 and 1200, Aire Serv said see you at 1000 and knocked on the door at 1001. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

We had to choose a new HVAC company to check our furnace. It checked out fine except it really needed cleaned. We had that done and the air ducts cleaned. Thanks to Lonnie, Max and Rodney, our heating system should last longer. Great job guys! The Advantage Plan saved us a little money and we look forward to having our AC unit serviced and cleaned in the Spring.
