Before I even knew that my claim was going to be denied, Ivonne and the team went above and beyond in assisting me. They took the time to fully explain the process, provided valuable advice, and ensured that I understood every step. Even before my claim was officially denied, their transparency and customer-first approach made me feel like a priority.

Definitely recommend Air-tech environmental for testing of asbestos, lead, mold, etc. Air-tech handled testing for my bathroom water damage and testing performed was thorough and timely. We were referred to Air-Tech for asbestos analysis and lead testing for my mom's house. Turn-around was quick. Two days after sign-up, a polite and professional tech, Eric, came to do the inspection. A few days after, the house detailed analysis and report arrived via email. The house work isn't complete yet (we are still awaiting for the other company to finish the job), however, Air-Tech roles and responsibilities were done fast. Ivonne, at the Accounting department was caring, sensitive to our situation, listened and gave us options to settle the bill. When we called back, in her absence, we got hold of Rachel.
