Called and left message as well as sent a text requesting he call me back that I had some questions regarding the results from the mold tests he did in my home. Got a text back saying “yeah sure” then he blocked my phone number and never heard from him.

I beg to differ. So why does that have my address and your company name stating testing was done 2/14/25

You tested the apartment that I live in for mold that the property manager set up because I requested it be done. So I would consider myself a client. If I wasn’t a client why would I have copies of the testing reports or does your company generally give out reports to whoever wants them. I had the simple request of you explaining what the reports meant or another way for me to put it is asking you to do your job… your ignorance and unprofessional behavior relating to this matter is mind boggling especially the comment about the testing not being done in a home, sorry to break it to you but it was indeed a home, my home. When someone rents an apartment and live in said apartment it would be referred to as the tenants home and i hope you don’t treat every person whose HOME you’ve preformed testing in this same way.

We worked with Joe a few months back because we had a strange smell coming up from the pipes in our business. It was VERY strong. We contacted him to help us find the source as well as test the air to see what gasses we were being exposed to. He came the next day and tested our air, gave us a step by step on what to do with his report (since our landlord was of no help), and gave us advice on what to do in the meantime to help with the smell. We are so thankful that he was responsive, acted quickly, helped educate us on what the problem was and how to fix it, and he was very professional! 10/10 recommend
