I bought new HVAC system from Air Tro this year. The consultant was good, but the installation had some issue and contributed to failed inspection. They did come back immediately to remedy the issue. I have also bought maintenance plan from them. What I am finding is that each maintenance service team varies in their performance. The recent one I had did not check each vent for output performance as their predecessors did. When I brought it up, they said "your system is fine, but we can check it if you want". I would have been happier if procedures are standardized, and that they are willing to go one extra step as other teams. I would still recommend them overall.

Having the air conditioning system die in the middle of the summer is not fun. Thankfully, I found Air-Tro. The company offered a very fair bid and delivered not only a great system but also the best people to install it. The team was great and very respectful of me, my pet, and my home. From our first interaction with Air-Tro during our initial consultation visit with Kevin all the way through our install we felt like we were in great hands with the whole company.

Kevin was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt throughout the entire process and was truly a joy to work with.

Rudy and his team handled our install (a full AC replacement - new ducts, new heat pump, thermostat, new everything). They worked quickly and neatly, were kind, helpful and super respectful of being in someone else's home. We were very grateful for them. Our attic was SO hot and they never complained and were professional and kind in every single interaction.

Our new system is working great - Air Tro even came back to do some tinkering we requested with the fan speed and were out the day after our request. Would definitely (and have already!) recommended Air-Tro based on our experience. Thank you!

We got a quote for regular maintenance on our Air Conditioner & heating units. David was very professional & knowledgeable. The timeline for setting up the quote and doing the 1st maintenance on the units was all within one week. Jaime serviced the units and did a thorough job making sure all the units were working properly. Air-Tro Inc is a well-run company and I would highly recommend them.

We had a whole house fan installed a few weeks ago and it works great. We turn it on at night and it pulls in cool outside air and pushes the hot air out through the roof. The fan is quiet, and saves tons of electricity because we don't have to run the A/C all night to keep our upstairs rooms cool. Our technician, Jose, arrived on time, completed the installation within a couple of hours, and cleaned up afterwards. Because of their fair pricing, and courteous staff, we will be using Air-Tro for all future heating and air conditioning services. If you're looking for a great company to work with, then Air-Tro is the clear choice.
