Not good by any means. Husband and wife are owners and have no interest in making sure the customer is taken care of. If his employees mess up he does not care! I built a customer home and he could not even put in my vents straight or my return in the center of the hall. They refused to fix my vent hood vent they installed wrong. Before they did the job I asked them if they wanted instructions and vent hood to make sure. They continued to tell me they didn’t need it. They do not keep appointments and push you off for customers that have not paid yet. They basically cut my entire top plate out and acted like it was nothing. He never paid for any of these repairs and made me do all the fixing in my own time and dime. They just sent me a bill and want the balance paid. I also was promised they would submit my rebates they promised me over $8,000 dollars. Do not use these people they are very unprofessional. Also, he has no idea how to set up Bluetooth thermostats and made me do most the work.

I first contacted this company in Sept 2021 my whole unit broke. Jeff the owner was able to get a new unit installed his company services the unit twice a year never an issue. Then June 2024 my unit had a little hiccup I spoke with Judith at the office she got Unique (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) out here close to 7-8pm at night to look at the unit and said a part broke. Nicole, Carrie and Judith all in the office kept me updated while we were waiting for the parts. Jeff and Alex came out after getting new parts to fix it. And we had air again. I will always recommend this company!! Thank you!

Jeff & the Girls on the phone, Responded to our needs of No Air Conditioning when we arrived from California at our Arizona Home. It wasn’t very long before Jeff was on his way to analyze the problem. He found the problem, had the part on his Truck, & fixed the Problem within a half an hour. And We were up & Running again. We can’t say enough to these Fine Folks for seeing that we needed Help, & Took Care of Business. Outstanding !!! This is a Record Heat Breaking Weekend, so there was No Sleeping unless our A/C got fixed. We Thank all of You for Your Urgency in Taking Care of Us, Thank You Very Much, We are Happy now. We will only call Jeff’s Company in the future. Jeff knows Air Conditioning !!!

Arizona comfort solutions are absolutely awesome!!? not only did the address my central air conditioning going out and repairing it in one day the actually offered to lend us a portable A/C unit to keep us all cool while they searched out the parts for our 25 year old system then installed it in record time they were kind, professional and without a doubt the #1 A/C company hands down !! Airzona Comfort Solutions has been fantastic. My air went out I called them in the morning. They managed to fit me in the same morning. Alex diagnosed the problem. It was a leak in the evaporator coil in the attic. This is a fairly new house and Nicole checked with Amana for me and found that the coil was still under warranty. Thanks Airzona Comfort for going the extra mile. They even brought over a portable A/C to help us until the repair is complete.

July is not the ideal time for your A/C to go out. It's neither ideal for us nor the tech who has to fix it. We called AIRzona Sunday just to leave a message, not intending to get an answer back, but just to be on their radar Monday morning. Sometime later Sunday, we recieved a text from them stating they recieved the message and would send someone out Monday. Monday Tech came out at 8am and discovered the issue promptly, however a search for the correct fan began. The fan was found and Tuesday morning the fan was installed and we are on our way to cooler days. Even though it took some time, AIRzona stayed in touch through it all, even delivering the fan before the tech arrived so it could get fixed faster. The Tech was super nice, polite and she was efficient !! I've been using AIRzona for a few years now and so far they've been nothing but awesome ? ?
