We are currently working on a printer issue and they are actively putting in a significant amount of effort to resolve. They keep our systems running smoothly and they are easy to contact when we need them. The company employs a SMALL group of people for OUR team who are specifically skilled in technical areas, like computer maintenance, network administration, or troubleshooting hardware issues. The reason I emphasize the word SMALL and OUR is due the the fact that we are working with the same people each time which makes communication with them so much easier, we aren’t talking to someone new every time and trying to explain our issue over and over.
