The manager at my apartment complex claimed to hire you to perform a mold test and clean our air vents, which are visibly covered with extremely dense layers of mold. Due to health issues, we had to find temporary living elsewhere, so we had to take the complex manager's word that you would perform these services on a date that she would not disclose to us until after you came to our apartment, so we were unable to oversee anything. I've downloaded some of my favorite pictures of your work.

We were very happy working with Mr. Spalten assessing for mold that a potential tenant claimed was present. He was polite, informative of the process, efficient with testing and lab report turnaround time and highly professional. John is a trustful person that I plan to keep on as a resource for future evaluations and will gladly refer his services to others.

Mr. Spalten was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He offered information above and beyond through recommendations. I hired him to test for mold in a new rental unit I moved into. He found a leak in the ceiling from the upstairs unit that was causing the smell and suggested duct cleaning. Fortunately, the results came back good and there was not mold (yet).
