Alam Flora was quick to respond to complaint made on noise caused by leaf blowing at wee hours of the morning at a residential area. They even called us back to check if the issue has been resolved. They deserve a 5 star rating for this. Thank you

Very very bad! This is my nth time complaining and feedback to worker and the supervisor on this matter. The worker always left the bins open or did not place back the bins back on initial location. This company's worker had contribute to mosquito breeding due to water filling up the open lid during rainy days and when I was away from home for weeks.. So irresponsible.. company did a poor job managing the workers.. Pictures below happened on different time within few months this year 2022.. Location: Jalan 34E/38A, Taman Sri Sinar..

One of your staff at Jalan Kuchai Lama is extremely rude. I get that she wasn’t finished sweeping (she was standing at the very top edge of the parking) when I got into my parking (slowly, I might add, and even raised my hand at her as a gesture of ‘sorry’ and ‘excuse me’) to which she shouted at me that she hasn’t finished sweeping. The least she could do was tell me nicely and I’d gladly reverse my car to give her more space. Please reevaluate your company’s standards on taking staff in. Most of us are nice if you’re nice to us. I also have the dashcam recording as proof should this kind of behavior among your staff continue.

Worst waste management company ever with no common sense. Put my waste bin so far away from my mum's door because the fella who drew the parking lot for the waste bin so near to my neighbours place, instead of near my door. So if disabled or old folks who cant walk due to weak knees, they cant empty out waste... Or fall down n get injured while emptying waste...to be honest SWM environment in Johor does a way better job than you all

Jalan berhala brickfields. Tai kwong Mansion the Alam Flora workers throw the rubbish every where after collecting it. The bins also the same never put in proper place.
