I had a broken light button on a nice but 13yr old range hood. Parts were no longer available so a comparable new one would have cost about $700 installed assuming the new one fit the same. I called no less than 5 “electronic repair places” trying to get it fixed and there was either no response, “Oh we don’t do that’,” “you have to order the button yourself,” or serious price gouging. I brought the circuit board to Alan and he was able to replace the broken button in a few days for a very reasonable price! On top of that he’s a really nice guy with excellent customer service! Thank you Alan!
