Brian Walloch and Expert Environmental were very honest and straight forward. They were the best! Everyone in the company was the epitome of professionalism, from how they set about their work to the speed at which they worked. The crew was sufficiently bright - competent, and answered all the questions fully and clearly , which I appreciated. I was asking questions throughout the whole process and they made the effort to explain it to me as many times as I needed to get the clear picture. The crew came exactly when the workers were needed, they did their work and removed all the asbestos from the ceiling, as well as everything else they took off and indeed disposed of. It felt nice that the job could safely be executed and controlled. Keep Expert Environmental in mind if you need an abatement.

My husband and I had a great experience with Expert Environmental in Albany. We had a large attic in a new home that needed vermiculite removed which is a daunting project for a homeowner and they made us feel comfortable and informed from start to finish. Brian was very responsive the whole process and kept us updated. JD and the team were very efficient as well at the house. Any questions or concerns we had they addressed and resolved quickly for us. What an amazing job! We had our pool filled in, and our yard looks amazing. It's like the pool was truly never there. I watched them work every now and again and saw how they really stuck to their word and contract. What was supposed to be removed came out, the fill was clean and as promised. We had vermiculite removed from our attic by the company and would highly recommend. Clear communication was always at the forefront and they were very responsive to any questions we had. Brian walked us through the process as it moved through the stages and Jeff and his crew were great at the house. We had to remove an old boiler with asbestos from our home. Brian was responsive & professional in setting up the work scope and pricing the job. The crew, led by Marcus, was on time and quickly & professionally contained, disassembled and removed it. They set up a containment area and very efficiently dismantled and removed the (very heavy) boiler cheerfully and with obvious pride in their work. They cleaned up the area well after the work was done.

This kind of work is costly, as it must be to deal with something like this. Making sure it was done safely and completely was worth every penny. Very glad we had this project done right by Albany Environmental.

We called Albany Environmental when we realized we had a mold issue in our attic. Their responsiveness was excellent, we had a technician at our house the day after we called. They provided us with a detailed report of their findings and provided specific recommendations to remove the mold in our house as well as how to help prevent it from coming back. I would highly recommend their services.
