On the 16th and 17th of January 2025, we had the pleasure of using the services of Aleck Plumbing at our residence. On both days, the plumbers were cordial, efficient and showed skill and knowledge in dealing with the plumbing issue we had. The technician, particularly on Friday o1/17/ 25, was pleasant, determined, efficient and thorough in fixing the problem. He left the work areas clean, which was so much appreciated. We express our deepest thanks to him and to your company. We would certainly use Aleck Plumbing again and recommend you to others.

I recently had an appointment with Alec Plumbing to address a leak at my new house. While the plumber, Johnny, was professional and courteous, he spent two hours identifying the issue (a broken fridge filter) but was unable to resolve it. I was charged $405, despite the problem remaining unsolved.

When I called to discuss my concerns, the service manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, refusing to offer any resolution or acknowledge my frustration. His condescending tone and lack of professionalism made the situation worse.

I would like the owner to address this matter directly, as it is unacceptable to charge such a high fee for an incomplete service and treat customers in this manner.

I needed a routing job done. I called two other companies, they tried to route it but both told me it was a broken pipe. Both did not use a camera to check the pipe. Aleck plumbing came out and was able to clear the sludge that build up. Check the pipe with a camera and there was no damage. Saved me 1000s in work to dig up the yard. The plumber that came out was amazing.

Aleck Plumbing are definitely worth calling first! We have used them for large tenant build outs as well as base building repairs including difficult troubleshooting processes. There team works hard to find the reason and provide a timely and fair quoted resolution. Aleck Plumbing has also invested in our customers by attending “Earth Week” events to help our customers understand ways to make their home plumbing applications more efficient. I/we highly recommend Aleck Plumbing.

Outstanding service! They called to let us know they were on their way exactly when they said they would and arrived exactly on time. The plumber was Gabriel and he did an outstanding job. He explained his approach to the work and the associated cost and did exactly what he said he would do. He cleaned up after and asked if we had any questions. We will use Aleck again and we highly recommend them.

I completely echo the other 5 star reviews on this site. Shawn came & replaced my water heater the same day that I called. He was punctual, polite, efficient & professional. The area was totally clean when he left. I could not have asked for a better experience. I called Aleck Plumbing a few years ago on an unrelated plumbing issue & had a great experience that time as well. With Aleck, they fix your problem…it’s once and done. Thank you again, Shawn.

Shawn was our technician and was outstanding. I seriously could not have asked for better or more professional service. He arrived at my house exactly on time, was courteous and incredibly efficient. We had called Aleck to resolve an issue with one shower/tub, and then we wanted another one looked at for a second opinion because we had been quoted an astronomical price by another plumber and also told it would require demolition of an entire wall. Shawn fixed BOTH issues in about 90 minutes AND the total price came in at well under what we were quoted for the one repair!! Unbelievable. Had a great experience setting up the appointment with the office manager/receptionist as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I will never call another plumber as long as they stay in business. (PLEASE stay in business 🙏)
