I recently purchased a house and discovered remnants of popcorn ceiling, so I reached out to All Bay Environmental for help. From the very beginning, Travis and Milo went above and beyond in their service. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in their attention to detail and the thoroughness of their work.

After I described the situation, they recommended testing the popcorn ceiling and conducting additional wipe and air tests, as they were concerned that the removal company might not have done a proper job. When they arrived to take samples, they didn't just stop at the areas I mentioned; they conducted a comprehensive inspection and found more popcorn ceiling that had been left behind.

Once the test results came back positive, Travis and Milo took the time to educate me on the situation and advised me on the necessary steps to ensure my home was safe. Their expertise, combined with their willingness to go the extra mile, truly set them apart.

Not only is All Bay Environmental an outstanding company in terms of service, but their pricing is also very reasonable. I had previously interacted with a larger competing company, and while they weren't bad, they were nowhere near as good as All Bay Environmental. I highly recommend them for anyone needing environmental testing or inspection services.

My experience with All Bay Environmental could not have been better. Travis is not only the expert, but also a very honest business man, and extremely informative. He genuinely cares for his customers. After his examination of the house, he told me what needed to be tested, and what not, rather than selling me everything. Besides asbestos, I also learned about other health hazardous issues, such as lead in tiles, and mold, etc. All Bay Environmental definitely deserves 5 + stars. I strongly recommend the company if you need to test things related to health environmental, such as asbestos, mold, and radon, etc.
