I am very happy with the restoration work done by All County Environmental & Restoration Inc., they did a beautiful job! My house was restored very close to it's original shape. Project Manager Trevor was friendly and easy to work with. He was very well organized & responsible.
The floor tile that I chose came with some defects and he exchanged them for me. That created extra work for him, but he had such a good attitude & provided great customer service.
His partner Mary from Vanguard Design was also very pleasant to work with and helped me a lot with some extra work not covered by insurance. Although I had to pay myself, but she made it a lot easier for me to have the job accomplished!
Thanks to this great team! I can see the light again! I was quite depressed @ one time after the major leak damage! I can say they light up my life. Great work! Great team!

I take writing Google Reviews very important as these help consumers make decisions. Leaving a 1-star rating is a serious thing. I know there's always two sides to the coin... two sides to the story... all I can share is that our experience in working with this company was really bad. From the estimator to the office staff to the techs that went out to do the job, it was just bad overall. In addition to that the pricing was inflated. I would strongly recommend not working with this company.

They did restoration on my dry wall and damaged my sink drainage. I call them back to tell the problem and they told me that they will be back after 30 mins. But 2hrs had passed they still not here. I even missed my work because of them. So unprofessional

Those that have read my reviews know that a review is warranted only under extreme cases/circumstances.. this is one of those. - All County is a company, like most Doctors’ offices/clinics, that overbook and under deliver.. miscommunication is not a good excuse for a big company like this. It’s obviously revolving around money - send your guy to do a job elsewhere for that extra money in the middle of your home repair/project - excuse? Miscommunication! Unmistakably doubtful. Evidence? The worker’s confessions/honesty. It’s always the hard working little guys in the frontline that are the casualties of big managements’ mismanagement.

I would highly discourage anyone using/hiring All County. Go elsewhere! Give your business to a smaller company who appreciates and are more grateful to have your business.

I experienced more errors than you can imagine, plus I have been asking for the Roof and the Gutters warranty for 4or 5 months now and have not received it Monica Mora refuse to mail it to me I need it for insurance it is proof I have a new roof. I will never deal with this company again for anything.

All County did an excellent job restoring my bathroom after a leaking toilet caused damage to the walls & floors. Malcolm & his team repaired and restored it. They were quick, careful & did an amazing job. I would gladly hire them again & highly recommend them.

The outcome was as if I had never had a claim in the first place! Stellar work from the whole team from beginning to end. Work was also done quite ahead of time ( which was a delightful surprise to me)! I will definitely be recommending All County to friends and family.
