I called James this morning about as issue with my solar system in my renovated school bus. My solar completely died and I was worried about my groceries going bad, since we were going on 12+ hours with solar. Even hooked up to shore power and we still couldn’t pull any energy. James made me a priority and drove 1.5 hours to come service my solar system. He’s very respectful, and honest. James is a very knowledgeable solar technician. I also respect him as a veteran. I highly recommend his service and will stay in touch with him to further service my sungold power solar system.

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical. My system was installed three years ago. It worked properly for about 8 months. I'm stuck paying on a loan for a system that this company refuses to service. They put a lock on the panel and lost the key. They wanted us to break the lock! Also, they wanted us to pay for a service call. I can't locate any information on the service warranty. I was assured that if anything happened, they would fix it. Aside from the 60k that we paid for this system, the repairs should have been covered for a period of time. We are now trying to figure out how to get literally anyone to help us with getting this system fully functional, but since it's some off brand panels it's not an easy time. Absolutely do not give them your business.

It was a pleasure to meet James. First off he put me at ease when I spoke to him on the phone, letting me know my system was going to be fine. He troubleshot my system and resolved the problem all the while explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions. This was my first time using All Pros but I know I can call on James in the future and have confidence he'll get me squared away. I highly recommend All Pros.

Absolute garbage start-to-finish. I would liken the experience to dealing with a used car salesman (except I've never had a car salesman take the opportunity to hit on my wife when I'm not around). There WERE two install technicians legitimately employed by the company during my install. The rest were paid under the table and most likely not trained or certified to complete the work.
This leads me to my next point, being that the system only worked for about the first four months. Since then, next to nothing. After speaking to other installers with actual full-time crews, the system is built for the AVERAGE amount of power consumption of the home throughout the year. Meaning, between the solar loan and the cost of running air conditioning during the summer, I'm effectively paying two electric bills every month until it cools down again.
Claims to cover with a warranty. But, similar to going to the mechanic, you'll be paying a "service fee" every time they come out. And that's IF they can scrounge up enough day laborers to see about the issue in the first place.
After a series of emails (translated from English to Chinese and back again), there is no actual support for their cheap hardware. Being an "authorized installer" for some cheap model imports doesn't mean much. I say this, because when I asked if they had a list of authorized installers that could fix the issue, they recommended that I climb on the roof and troubleshoot the system.
Oh, and if they lose the keys to the padlock THEY installed on your junction boxes, I hope you're strong enough to use bolt cutter (because that's your problem now).

TLDR: If you're considering solar, cool. Spend the money and go with someone better. Sad to see a fellow veteran conducting business in such a manner.

Please call these guys before committing to one of the solicitors that come by your house!

Their prices are much more reasonable and they will support you even after the sale made with another company, or if you have to move and want to/need to take these with you. Local and veteran owned.

My story: My first home was bought by FEMA and due to be torn down. I had these 60K solar panels only a year and the company who sold them to me would do nothing to help move them and transfer ownership. I found a new loan to pay off first loan company to allow to transfer to my new home, then I found All Pro Solar who helped with uninstalling the panels and reinstall at new home.

I am forever grateful for them helping me in an otherwise chaotic and stressful time in my life.

When I saw the packages they offered compared to what I paid...I wish I'd found them sooner and purchased with them. Is this company perfect, no.
Did I have to have a reinspection for them to fix a few things, yes.
Did permitting take several weeks, yes.

Bottomline: Very affordable. Very kind. Very helpful. Have faith and patience and they'll get it right and save you a lot!

James and Angela are so kind, professional, and on top of everything! I called begging for local help with our solar as our previous two companies stopped responding to us, and they were at our home within hours! Within 24 hours, we had a quote and will be sticking with them from here on out!
