All Seasons Urban Treehouse Village - Eureka Springs, Arkansas

My husband and I stayed here for a little couples getaway last fall. The location of these treehouses are great. Well within walking distance of downtown. In fact we walked to the little cupcake stand one evening for a late night snack. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We did bring a charcoal grill with us as we didn't have a kitchen in our unit. I wish we would have brought along plastic ware and paper plates because we ended up having to wash dishes in the bathroom. We only communicated with the host a couple of times but each time they were lovely. Across the street is a neat little park. We even saw deer in the neighboring lots in the mornings and evenings. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book here again!

We booked tree house #8 for the past weekend to celebrate the halloween activtys in town.We loved this tiny house that actually was not very tiny. It fit 3 adults and 2 teens and one child perfectly. It was comfy and clean. It was walking distance from the town.Beware if walking the gps will take you up a mountain but there is a way to get to the shops with out climbing it if you keep going straight past the collasal cupcake shop.My one issue was with the bathtub faucet that bearly ran so it took 20 minuted to fill up the tub even half way to turn on the jets. Other than that this place was perfection?

My wife and I stayed in Treehouse #10 with our 2 little boys for 2 nights and loved it! Everything is clean and well maintained and the service was friendly and helpful. We had one issue with the hot water heater going out but All Seasons offered to move us to another location which was very generous. Great location in Eureka Springs, you are basically just 5 minutes from everywhere there. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit.

I am in love with this place. It came recommended. The lady on the phone was very sweet and the check in process was smooth for being contact less. Room was clean and cute. Very spacious. Back deck is huge and has a gorgeous view. There is a creek in the front that you can hear at night that is so peaceful. Will be staying 4 nights and so far will definitely be coming back. They have a grab and go breakfast that we will check out in the morning.

We stayed for our anniversary and this place was an absolute dream. It's cozy and just adorable. Very clean, the bed was super comfy, and a good location while still being far enough away from the rowdy crowds. We've come to Eureka for many years and this is by far the best place to stay, we will definitely stay here in the future. It was a great weekend!

We loved our stay at the treehouse village. We were in #11 and the owner was so gracious in helping us find a property that would work for our family of four even though they had very few rooms available when we booked. With 2 small children this was great.

Cons: there’s really only one - the temperature of the loft bedroom. It was way too hot to sleep in with the late July heat. The cool air didn’t make it up there and the room didn’t have a single fan. To be fair, we didn’t ask if they had a portable fan we could use. Instead we just let the kids sleep with us downstairs in the king bed. Not ideal but our kids are little so it worked. However; we also couldn’t figure out how to change the temp of the ac unit in that lower bedroom. So it got hot at night if we shut the door. Again, we could have asked for help, and I know they would’ve provided it but we just made it work.

Pros: location. It’s right next to a trolley stop and a cute little ice cream shop. The kids loved both. It had a parking spot for us and with the trolley stop it was very easy to get downtown because we quickly found parking downtown isn’t fun or easy.
It was clean and it had everything we needed. The kitchenette was stocked with essentials, the bathroom was beautiful and clean and the bedrooms had extra pillows and blankets.
Staff and front office were so nice and accommodating. They had a fridge full of cold drinks and snacks and a wall full of additional snacks. We would’ve stopped by more but we ended up just stopping by the grocery store for a few essentials. Checkin was the most simple process I’ve ever had.
Price - it felt like a quite fair and reasonable price. We were happy with everything it provided.

Really, our stay was almost perfect.

5 stars. Epic snacks! Great beds. Cool outdoor seating areas. We had a smaller unit but it had a jacuzzi tub in it. Close enough to walk to the main drag, restaurants, shopping etc.

We were super excited to find something different to stay in with our kids. Upon arrival we were not disappointed!! You could not ask for cleaner! All of the staff are so sweet and helpful! They even do door delivery of breakfast right now(bc of covid) We absolutely love it! The jacuzzi tub and nice sized tvs in each room are an amazing addition!! I would love to stay here again!
