This is a good butcher. Probably the only place in the area to get decent meat, and it is beyond decent. I got the sense that they cater more toward businesses, like restaurants, than individual customers like myself. This however did not hinder my experience. The staff was polite and prompt with my steak. The price was exceptional. I will definitely be returning.
