Allterra Solar installed a new solar electric system for us, and I can't say enough positive about the experience. Our job had some complications (that were no in any way Allterra's fault), and I was delighted by how Alltera responded. Their communications were always clear and prompt, and the quality of their work was outstanding. If you are thinking about adding solar electricity, I'd say for sure go with Allterra. They are, simply, great.

He would check in to ensure they were continuing to keep us informed on the timing of the replacement. The entire team is always available for questions. I had a small problem with the tracking of my power. The tracking company gave me some referrals. I tried to contact them with no response. I reached out to Allterra. Adam responded immediately and told me that even though I was a little bit out of his service area he would be happy to work with me. I booked an appointment for the tech to come out, he did the job, I am now back in business. I am completely satisfied with the prompt and professional service I received.

We had Allterra install our solar system 6-7 years ago. The installation was very clean and tidy. We have had problems with the micro inverters by a company that Allterra no longer uses. They have had to change all of the micro inverters after a number of them failed in the first 2 years of service. Just this past year two more failed. Allterra changed all of the micro inverters as soon as the manufacturer sent them the replacements. Fortunately we have not had to pay for the replacement because they were under warranty. I have always maintained that the mark of a good company is how they respond to problems. Allterra has responded professionally and done a great job keeping me informed in the progress of the back ordered replacement parts. I recommend them without reservation. I have recently referred our neighbor of 37 years to Allterra. I told her that Allterra may not be the least expensive but you will get a clean installation and great service for any problems that may arise.

Allterra Solar was great to work with at every step of the process, super responsive to my 1 million questions, worked with me to get the system to do what I needed, and they had fun doing it. Their staff are good people, seem to enjoy and take pride in their jobs, and are local - which is seriously awesome.

We're completely electric in our home, and we've had our solar panels operational for five years. From initial contact through competitive bids to installation and turnover, Allterra's employees were uniformly helpful. Their bid was the winner overall among three finalists, and we've had trouble-free operation (and scant PG&E charges) since the panels came on line. I recommend Allterra Solar as your solar system provider without reservation.

Allterra installed our solar system several years age. It works great. We added two Tesla Powerwalls 2 to the system and the appropriate controls a few weeks ago. They installed them in one day and did a very professional job. We are using them as 100% storage and have had to use them several times due to power outages. They seamless switched to the batteries and worked well. We highly recommend Allterra Solar.
