I bought their Metal Tiered Waterfall fountain. I love the stark, minimalist look. It was very easy to put together and works perfectly.

The price is absolutely unbeatable.

I would give this product a zero minus if allowed. I purchased this fountain in early June. I just unplugged and emptied the fountain. The washtub basin and other parts are rusted and nasty in less than two months. The basin sloughed off what appears to be brown paper which also clogged up the pump. The fountain is cute and appealing to this gardener and was working within an hour of unboxing. I can't have my 25 month old great-granddaughter splashing in rusty water. A very expensive mistake to make on my part. I won't repeat that error again.

I purchased an $800 Fountain from Alpine. I needed to get a new pump for it which I did. When trying to remove the old pump the plastic piece came out and stayed in the rubber tubing of the fountain. When I tried to remove the plastic piece with a pliers, the plastic shredded and would not come out of the tube. When I contacted the company for help, all they told me was that because the fountain was no longer made anymore that there were no replacement parts to repair this expensive fountain. It is basically garbage now. I would never ever purchase another Alpine Fountain again

I give three stars only because the customer service is great. But would give two for the product purchased. I bought a cool az waterfall mirror and both times the mirror was put together the fountain or mirror had an issue with allowing water to flow down the mirror in full. It was very disappointing. Because the mirror isn’t that cheap. And I don’t want to have to use the scrub brush every single time I turn it on. This product needs to be marked down to the 1-200 dollar range for the quality.

Horrible the double extended containers both sides of my dock cars parked in front of me had to slide tandems to get in and get out and double skipped me let other drivers get loaded and leave. And they were after me. When I rang buzzer to check they said hang on forgot about then said 20 more min. Lie wrong driver. Then when I'm actually done they never let me know. Is was there 7 hrs.

I bought a beautiful 42” St.Francis statue for my garden. It arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. The statue is even better than the photos, which were excellent to begin with! I will be purchasing from Alpine again.
