Had a fault on my system so I called AES In Chico. They responded the next day to schedule for a technician to cone out and evaluate the problem. The technician who was polite and professional showed up on time. He explained the procedures that he was going to preform to checkout my system. He was very thorough checking everything, the main box and then went onto the roof to check my panels. I'm very pleased with the service from AES.

I would not use this company again. They seem to make changes because the company sold one day you can get into your account to find out if your solar is producing then the next day the icon has gone off your phone you try to get in there and your email is not even even recognized. This is a very unorganized company. I have been working with them now for almost almost 5 years. Would not use them again.
