Dillon from Alternative Power Enterprises did a bang up job replacing a broken inverter. Followed up to make sure the system and Apple were working properly. Only negative is that SolarEdge does not have a notification when something goes wrong. But that’s not on Alternative Power.

Everyone that we've had the privilege to interact with at APE has been absolutely top notch. Josh was very patient with my wife and I when we were first looking into solar for our home. He answered every question with knowledge and made sure we completely understood the process and how it would work going forward. The installation crew were very particular in their workmanship and the end product shows!! The job was even completed ahead of schedule. The system is up and running and working better than expected. We would highly recommend APE to anyone that is considering solar for their home or business

We have called multiple times. Stephanie never remembers who we are and takes a message saying they will get back to us. They have been to our home and act like they don’t know what we are talking about each time we call. After posting this within 3 hours we get a call from the person who came out finally. Now he tells us we need a new system but when he was here 3 to 4 weeks ago he was going to look for replacement parts. So now after posting this review, we are suddenly told we need a whole new system. The person who answers the phone and takes our messages could have let us know weeks ago we needed a new system. Had we not called every week and put this review on here I honestly do not think we would have ever heard back. We did call this company several times last summer as well and never heard back so that's why we took up calling again this summer upon returning from out of state. I will change this review if I start getting quotes and responses. This is the first time I have ever done a review on any company. I was asked to remove my review and I intend to if I get service.

There is no alternative to "Alternative Power Enterprises!" These guys are not only great, but are probably one of the best organizations you will ever work with. I priced them out and they are very competitive! The owner Josh as well as the two technicians I've worked with, Jeff & Jake, were polite, neat, tidy, thorough, professional, friendly and just a joy to work with. If you're looking for reliability, dependability, professionalism this is the team! They are great!!!?

I have had two solar panel installations by APE, each 3000 watts. The installs went quickly. The crews were attentive to safety. My contact on each install was knowledgeable about the equipment and its operation They have been willing to answer questions about the systems even after the installation.

If I ever put more panels in, then I would definitely use APE again.

Frank and I are so pleased with our new off grid power system at our mountain cabin. Lief, Josh and the crew are very professional, but also fun to work with. They were spot on with returning phone calls, and arriving when they said they would. They were very forthcoming with all the information we needed to make a decision on the size of the system. We don't have access to the grid, so our only option was solar with generator backup. We have been up and running since early June, and our generator only cranks for the biweekly service crankings. We couldn't be more pleased.
