This lab is a Godsend since Prime Healthcare closed their branch in my doctor’s Plainfield location. Skilled professionals work here- and NO WAITING! A bit difficult to find , but well worth the alternative of going to the lab at St. Joe’s!

I was the 3rd person in line and got there promptly at 8am. As of 820am no one had been called. I asked the person behind the window if she could just give me a container for a stool sample and she said wait your turn. I walked out. Rude unprofessional people should not be working.Only person working on a Saturday is b.s. it's obvious she didn't want to be there and neither did I.

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere but very short staffed. One person is usually all that is working. They do check in's, computer entry & insurance and blood draw with behind the scenes lab work. It's crazy...the company needs to hire or use a temp agency to fill at least the front end. But even through all of this, they still have good customer service.

The staff are very friendly and professional. I had an incident today where I got really dizzy after my blood draw. I had to fast for my test, so that could have been the reason for the dizziness. They were so compassionate and took care of me until I felt better.

Fast and friendly. There was not even the typical little pinch on the insertion of the needle for a collection for blood tests. Maybe it's because she forgot to warn me We had a chuckle at that. The appointment was integrated with my Doctor's referral and insurance so even that part was painless too.

Jacqueline is the best! Always fast and on time. Super great at phlebotomy, was in and out before I knew anything. Pleasant to be in a room with. Professional and clean place!

I always go here to get my lab work done. Staff is friendly each and every time I go there. They are under staffed but they remain super professional in my eyes, It’s not their fault. I haven’t had to wait to long.
