300$ debited from my account and Ameren acknowledged it but later after a month they said they didnt receive payment and imposed 413$ fine which is completely ridiculous.
They never answer properly and phone calls and they don’t have physical address.

My bill has jumped 30% but not my usage. Their 800 number took 30 minutes to call me back but as soon as she introduced herself she hung up. Too bad these monopolies are allowed to exist. Bring back regulation! I'm signing up for solar panels.

Ameren is horrible. We paid bill late and they charge us a $600 fee. Our bill might be late but always gets paid. We have never had our electricity shut off so why $600. People can't afford this on top of monthly bill. Everything has gone up, plus covid. How is this legal? Absolutely horrible .

They are rude on the phone and take there time sending ppl out to turn power back on. It's the hottest day of the summer and I have an infant child and they can't send someone to do a 5 sec job real quick.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied that you cannot just transfer your service if you move into a new place like you can with any other service. But instead you have to stop and start service requiring you to do another deposit for new service.
