Luis was very patient and polite, he was very thorough in all the details about the roof and what I was covered and not. He gave me options to decide the best fit for my house and even took the time to show me the value of a good, better and best for our family. Update: What a nightmare. Been trying to get my roof finished (they didn't remove the swamp cooler that caused my roof to leak in the first place and was the whole reason we went through with this in the first place) for over 3 months and all I'm getting is the run around. Don't waste your time or money with these folks.

Elliott was fantastic! He thoroughly explained all of the details of our roof replacement and solar installation. He listened to my concerns and addressed them in a clear and concise manner. I give AFE and Elliott my highest endorsement and would recommend anyone utilize them if in need of their services.

It's unfortunate things have come to the point of writing a negative review because it's truly a last resort. I've exhausted all options attempting to figure out what happened and gave the America First team multiple opportunities to explain and make it right, all of which went ignored. In fact, Daniel Jiles has ignored calls and texts the last 4-6 months. So regretfully, my experience with Daniel and the America First Energy team has been terrible, to say the least. I was told my solar payment would replace my electric bill; however, my electric bill is now $300-375 monthly (average) and a solar bill of $260. This was the exact same electric bill I was paying prior to solar. I was advised by INTY POWER to contact APS regarding my plan to ensure I was on the correct one; even after contacting APS, the solar savings are completely negligible and almost unnoticeable ($135 over a total of 6 months, averages out to $22.50 savings every month). The math doesn't make sense, and APS confirmed this is what's considered an unethical solar deal: the system doesn't work given my energy output - the system is too small. And no, my energy output hasn't changed since my electric bills were reviewed by Daniel. Additionally, and I encourage all prospective customers to do their research, the sister companies with America First (Adjust Pro Solutions, Pro-Tec Contracting). In a nutshell, and in hindsight, my home was not a good fit for solar despite what Daniel stated; I've had at least 3 solar professionals evaluate my contract and system, all of whom confirmed this was also an unethical solar deal. To be clear, I didn't want to resort to writing a negative review as I do believe it's important for business owners to have the opportunity to make things right. But my calls and texts have been unanswered and ignored. As a homeowner, I would steer-clear from this company.

Had a pleasure speaking to Ryan he was very friendly and explained the benefits of going solar. I was skeptical about the great offer not gunna lie but I ended up making an appointment and was very pleased on the results. CJ was also very clear and honest in explaining the whole process of me going solar. Quality service and very quality people!

They were incredibly helpful with my family and I with our situation. Daniel was able to sit down with us and explain all the details thoroughly to help us save money, Libni was translating for my mother so she was able to understand everything. This team was very friendly and helpful, glad to work with them.

Do not trust Nahum Sandoval. He Sold a solar panels to my mom and now they're charging her over 14,000 dollars for extra material that apparently was used and we were not informed. My mom is a elderly lady that was desperate to replace her roof and Nahum took advantage of her and us for trusting him.
