Our washing machine was not working a while back. We called him he got here quickly knew exactly what was wrong with it. He fixed it so thankful we didn't have to buy a new one. He has done other work for us after that. Nce guy tells you what you need to do if something isn't working. We also had another problem he was out of town but sent another guy to come fix it. He also came out to look at our refrigerator reset it and said if it doesn't work call me l will come back out. It didn't work he said it was the compressor and it was under warranty. He didn't even charge us for coming out. He suggested what to do to have a refrigerator very helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Louie. He got here a little before 10 pm and left close to 11 pm. Not because he was late, but because that’s when we needed him. Plus, he charged the same as if he came at 10 am. Super nice guy. I highly recommend.

Called Louie when my Hisense frig stopped working. Even though he was booked solid with other clients, he graciously took the time to question me about my problem and gave me explicit instructions how how to fix the problem myself, saving me the cost of a house call. Louie will definitely be my goto guy for all my future appliance repairs. Highly recommend!

Balance ring went out on my washer ,Louie came in and looked at it and said it was a bad washer but he could fix it but it probably wouldn't last he's an honest man and a great business man ,he gave me a great deal on a new washer with a guarantee..the washer I got was a great whirlpool ,large capacity just like I wanted ...Great job I will totally recommend you

I spent a week searching for a bake element for my oven. I spent a day calling around to see if anyone carried the piece that I needed and could actually tell me what I needed from a description since my stove is so old all of the manufacturers info has disappeared. I can not remember the very nice man’s name who returned my call, but he told me what I needed, gave me a couple of options as to where I could get it, and spent much longer than he had to assuring me that I wasn’t going to burn my house down when I changed the element out. You just don’t find customer service like that any more, especially when there is nothing in it for the business. Thank you American Appliance for being so kind to me. I now have my oven back and I can get back to baking and doing laundry.

I called Mr. Louie about our Samsung refrigerator not working. He asked me several questions then he said before you pay me for a service call try what I tell you and wait 24 hours to restart it and see if it starts working again. He said if it doesn’t work then I will be there to check it out. The next day after starting the refrigerator it is working correctly.
This is a very honest and professional gentleman that doesn’t want to charge you if he can tell you how to fix it yourself.
We will use Louie for all our appliance repairs in the future.
