The owner was very informative with job estimate/agreement. I was very impressed. It needed fascia replacement in back as well as gutters. I was allowed to only have tear off in front as whole job not affordable . The land grades downhill in front for drainage. The roof may need replacement before that gets done. Edit: pressboard was ripped away when Gorilla tape I had over small area was removed leaving large open holes for wasps into eaves area. I found this later which is still not sealed up. They sent someone with a ladder finally but he used regular masking tape and it fell down next day. Also front of home now can be invaded by squirrels and bees because there is no gutter on the old boards. If I foresaw this I would have paid for the front no matter how high because this is bad or they could have put old back up if they cared to. That's why there is an edit.

They took down old guttering that did not work well, and installed new. We finally got some rain, and the new gutters work well. Very reasonable cost. Their work truck had an oil leak onto the driveway, and they were very conscientious about cleaning it up, even sending a fellow who pressure washed it.

Overall, they were great to work with, going above and beyond what was necessary. Highly recommend them.
