I tried to switch to their 3 month introductory plan online, which went well procedurally until I got an email stating that I was to call them to complete my registration. I thought that to be odd, but okay. I tried to call multiple times since I attempted to sign up and cannot reach a representative to help me. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO MAKE A SIMPLE SWITCH.

I now found another supplier who doesn't require a phone call for registration- it took all of 5 minutes to be registered and ready to go.

Do better.

Jennifer, customer service representative was very knowledgeable and able to explain the details of our new contract very clearly and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I was extremely impressed with her ability to explain well and willingness to listen during our phone conversation today. She put me at ease.
I wish more representatives in other businesses did this. It was a pleasure indeed talking with Jennifer.
