This is my 93 year old father's subscription, which he has had for 70+ years. 1. Because my father is blind, he needs actual paper copy so his equipment can read newspaper to him. American Press is one of the few newspaper's that do not offer the blind an audio version. Shame on you. 2. I've attempted for two weeks to cancel subscription and cannot get ANYONE on phone, not even the operator!!! And NO you cannot cancel online. 3. A morning paper being delivered by postal service at 5 pm and although a very thin newspaper, it still takes up entire mailbox.

I recently moved and have been trying for two weeks to get my paper delivered to my new home, no luck. Can’t get anyone on the phone or to call me back. Answering service keeps taking my messages daily. It should just be an easy click to the carrier in my neighborhood but no luck. Horrible service.
