I would recommend American Stream Solar because they put customer satisfaction first. My project had many challenges such as permit delays due to Covid-19 and homeowner association restrictions, but their staff didn't make excuses, they found solutions. They made going green easy and I couldn't be happier with the money I am saving every month on my energy bills.

While the presentation itself went well, there were numerous snags that extended beyond three months total. The first visit, they sent someone out to mark the area for the install. I asked the lady if they could move the area across my drive which would have maximized the use of my solar day. She said no, it was to far away.
I called the company back on numerous occasions explaining the panels would be too close to the house and I would lose more than half the day of power, and I kept running into resistance stating that the panels would be too far away from the power box.
By the time all was said and done, they parked the solar platform buttup against the house +/- 10 ft. Had I known at the time that I didn't have a choice in the matter as to where to put the panels, I would have sought elsewhere. This whole thing could have been solved if they had just listened to me in the first place.

SMH.

Trying to get support and follow ups are an absolute nightmare.
If they fix what's wrong, I will upgrade my Review.

Oh it sounds great, until it isn't. I am paying for a new system, but received most of my panels used and scratched. They are unwilling to admit this. They never come out to the site themselves and they overcharge big time! Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the headache. All my parts weren't even delivered, installers had to use their own materials. They said the scratches are natural and don't make a difference in quality. Who wants a new system with scratches on panels? What a joke, jokes on me for going with this company

American Stream Solar Inc is a Great company! I could not believe the 5 out of 5 stars reviews, now I understand why. The entire staff was awesome, application, installation and setup was seamless from start to finish and customer service is top notch. I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and honesty of the entire staff. I have already recommended American Stream Solar to many friends and I recommend you give them a call if you are interested in solar and don't worry, they're not pushy like most other solar companies.

America Stream Solar is an incredible team and just overall good people , very professional . We couldn't be any happier with the service we received from this company. Awesome benefits as well, like up to $500 electric bill payed while equipment being installed, to the $1000 rebate you get after it's set up and a $500 referral for anyone who goes solar with this company. American Stream Solar did an excellent job of installing and setting up our system. We are extremely happy with its performance. When we needed assistance, they got on the issue and there are no other issues except for good clean power flowing into our house.

They were remarkably easy to work with. The overall process from when they did their initial site visit in late December to when the system was installed on April 4th they contact me about once every week to let me know where they were in the process and always responded to any questions I had the same day. Most of this time was spent with them working with my local electric company and city to obtain the permits, I did not need to do any of this. On installation day they came out and it took them about 6 hours to do all of the physical installation work (5.11 kWh system), the inspection was done the following day and then the next day my electric company came out and installed the net meter and the system went live. I would work with them again on any future projects.

Young homeowner interested in switching to solar because of the immediate and long term service. Upon requesting information, American Stream Solar called within the hour. I was skeptical at first, seeing how quickly they got my information. Frank explained to me how they got my info and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked basic information (avg monthly bill and annual energy usage.) From there they designed a system that fits my usage. I was afraid of the cost of system and feared I wouldn't qualify based on my credit. American Stream Solar and their financial partners was able to get me approved. Now my monthly solar bill has been lower than my electric bill...I've even seen a check back from my electric company for the extra energy my system produced.

American Stream has been a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, they stayed in contact to give my any and all updates. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I would highly reccomend their services. Because at the very least, you get helpful people with helpful information to help you on your research for solar! 6/5 stars!!! Thank American Stream Solar!!!
