I concur with all of the other reviews. This is a horrible company who has an antiquated auto pay system. Setup auto pay, proactively paid the bill, and called auto pay, but the funds were still drafted from my account which caused me to incur a fee with the AUM and my bank. The company had already been paid even with extra. I've never had this to happen with an other auto pay ever used. Horrible company I'm forced to do business with right now.

This company basically acts as a collection agency for apartment complexes for utilities (that are often included). If you can negotiate cost into your lease before you sign your lease it would definitely be worth avoiding the hassle of working with this company and something I would highly recommend.
A Utility management is worst I have ever dealt with. This utility bill management company has unfairly charged me on two occasions that have led to several phone calls to get things straightened out. They also have questionably legal collection policies and basically only accept checks in the mail. Email and online support is not an option. Also it's 2018 and there is no convenient online bill payment option. Also not to impressed with the companies reputation on google, they have 73 reviews and a 1 star rating (I guess now 74). Avoid at all costs. Has not been a pleasant customer experience. This company charges extremely high late fees and processing fees (unavoidable flat monthly charge) and convenience fees that add up quickly including a hefty connection fee and disconnection fee that just seem ridiculous. Avoid at all costs even if that means negotiating your utilities into your monthly rent even if you are a "below average" consumer. It will likely save you fees in the long run.

$7.99 for an “online convenience fee” is absolutely outrageous. I’m going to pay it every month though and here’s why. The general consensus is that no matter how early you mail a check or money order in they just happen to lose it until 3 days after the bill is due, not worth the time or effort just to owe a late fee. The other reason, there’s absolutely no way in hell I’m giving my bank account information to this company for auto pay which doesn’t seem to work either, according to a lot of other reviews. Especially with no standard amount to draft every month, they could be wrong and charge you whatever they want “by mistake”. With what I’ve read about their customer service you would probably have to claim a fraudulent charge with your bank to get it corrected. Paying $7.99 to not deal with any of that is what it’s going to be for me.

Unable to do a one time payment online banking information like every other utility company. Charges you a 5$ fee when using a credit card for "convenience" and pushes you to go paperless then stacks fees on it. When I called in the lady was rude and offered no help and kept telling to contact my apartment office who told me to contact the utility company.

Dishonorable company with absurd late fees and online payment fees. I signed up for auto pay two billing cycles ago, and online it says auto-pay is active, however, the payments are not processing. If a payment is even one day late, it is an automatic $8 fee, and they claim it takes 7-10 days to process a paper check, so too late to send something in knowing auto-pay is not working. Only way to avoid late fee is to pay online with credit card and receive a $8 "convenience" fee! I have never dealt with a worse utility company.

Disgraceful Company ethics. They never tell you when they cancel your autopay. Don't notify you either. Then hit you with late fee. you'll apply for Autopay again but it won't take affect until after your next bill so you have to use a credit card and pay $5 extra for online fee.

Absolutely terrible, had I known beforehand that my apartment company uses this service I would NOT have rented. Absurd admin and "convenience" fees upwards of $8 forces you to mail in your checks or incur late fees that are charged regardless of postmarked envelopes. Avoid at all costs. Why this company still has business is beyond me.
Update: After religiously sending my payments in more than a week before the due dates, somehow my payment reaches them more than 3 days after due. They have the audacity to charge a late fee. Seems there is less than a week in-between receipt of the bill and 'opportunity' of sending in your payment. It's a shock this company is still employed. I will be speaking with my building manager about maintaing contracts.
Additional update, they have changed companies but stayed under the same name and continue to add "debit adjustments" with no reason or explanation. Utilities shouldn't be 100+ dollars for a single month for a single resident. Stay away from all agencies who use this company and do NOT disclose it. Whatever apartment you rent that uses this will essentially be overpriced for using this company. Ultimately crooks and my apartment agency will also be receiving a similar review for their decision to use this company despite the complaints.

This service has the most outdated bill pay options that I have ever used. All bills must be mailed 7 days before the due date because of their policy, or they are considered late, and that is the easiest option. Other options to pay include a one-time card payment with a service fee of $7.99!! Plus, their autopay options are delayed an excessively long time, potentially resulting in a $22 late fee. Finally, customer service is generally not very helpful.
