Positive: I stayed there on 2 different occasions, and will be staying there again in lest than a week. I have always gotten a comfortable bed and a clean room. Negative: Yes I don't like all of the bad reviews that this chain gets. I read the bad reviews also. The motel was nothing like the reviews that I read. Don't be afraid to try American Inns.

This place was seriously disgusting. There was a homeless dude parked out side of my hotel that was trying to persistently talk to me. I couldn’t even get in my room so I went back to the office. They offered to have me look at one more room and I went in there and looked at the sheets. There was hair on the sheets and the room was just in general, nasty - so I went back to office for a refund. As I was pulling my truck away, the man came out and was very aggressive with me about messing up the sheets in the room telling me “don’t ever do that again!!” like who cares fix the sheets, dude.

I don't recommend this place to nobody. I got a trash room. Bathroom is horrible, someone's hair on the floor, the bathroom door have been written by other people, all the walls are horrible, when I looked at the pictures on the website there is no microwave or a phone. There is no battery in the smoke detector. The room I got was so dirty and nasty, fridge was dirty, the pull out couch was really dirty. When I first called they said the room for 1 bed was $55 and when I got to the office they charged me $66. I do not recommend this place to nobody! These people here are nasty and lazy. I won't be staying here anymore. I feel really bad for the people who are looking for a hotel to stay at.

Staff is wonderful. Very friendly. It's an older hotel, but still a very good place to stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very quiet here and I felt very comfortable and safe. Good location. Close to several restaurants and shopping.

I stayed in a room at this hotel. I was reading all the reviews while in the room. Some of the reviews were from a few weeks ago, and some from upwards to 5 years ago. The majority of the reviews and experiences people shared were all the same throughout. The management i guess is who responded to all the reviews and they pretty much all had the same response.... "We are sorry about this", or "we will address this"...... Most of the reviews were about how run down the place is. From what I can tell, even from the 5 year old reviews, is that nothing has changed. My room grimey, paint falling off the ceiling. Old furniture that was cut up and broke down... Lights were not great....... I could keep going, but I wont. Its just seems like bad business to say you're sorry and you're going to do something about the issues addressed, and then not doing those things....
