Since my tech Eddie came back from vacation he took care of my needs right away. You need more techs like him that have the expertise and patience and kindness. When he was on vacation the company kind of ghosted me.

Ran out of propane on 11/23 and as a keep full customer very disappointed as not the first time. Was charge sales taxes and a fuel recovery fee I am exempt from sales tax as a senior over 65. I did an on line chat with customer service that was a joke the lady was not helpful and ended chat while I was responding. On 11/25 I got a feed back email that I replied to but have not gotten any response to that message. Then on 12/1 the fuel truck showed up ( not called by me ) and put in 22 gallons of propane and again I was charge sales taxes and a fuel recovery fee. The fuel recovery fee is not a fair charge as I did not request a delivery. I feel that the second delivery was so my usage could be tracked as it was 2 months between September a November deliveries why would a delivery happen in a span of 7 days be done when 2 months had gone by and then get charged for the recovery fee. Very poor customer service on all aspects of this situation.

You refilled my tank the day before I cut off service when it wasn't even below 70% full. You promised to remove your old tank last Friday when I called you and got some idiot in a foreign country and today 8/8 it is still here.

Incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I have never experienced such poor quality service in my life. We had an appointment we received a confirmation email for and the service tech no call/no showed. There was no attempt made to reschedule. The only person I could speak with was from a 1-800 number. When I asked to speak to a local representative I was told there wasn't one. I was assured I would hear from a corporate manager within 24hr, and was not surprised at all when I never got another call. We have gone nearly a month without a working oven, and will be switching to the other locally owned and operated propane business in town, who's propane is half the price of Amerigas. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of a propane company's services.

Impossible to speak with someone local. Spent 2 hours being passed from off-shore call center to off-shore call center without a resolution to my issue. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

The person that helped us was very friendly. Our gate was closed because of the ice & he couldn't get through. But he opted to go inside the house to get to the back & fill up the tank. He was very flexible in trying to get our tank filled up. Excellent customer service & was able to get the job done.
