We love this apartment complex a lot. Everything is clean and new. Almost all the facilities are available 24 hours, which is very convenient. Private parking spot with charging station for our Tesla is a huge advantage. Julian was assisting us to apply for the most suitable apartment, and the choice was perfect. He is a very helpful and reliable manager who always and quickly responds to any needs and wishes you might have.

We moved to the apartments a month ago. I took us long to find a perfect place but we made the right choice. I've been a resident since this place opened and really have nothing bad to say about it. My apartment is bright and modern feeling. (PS - the tub/shower combo is pretty fantastic!)

All of my work orders (the few I've had) have been handled quickly and professionally. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful, even bringing a package that was delivered to the office by mistake to my apartment for me.

It's easy to tell that AMLI takes pride in the quality of their communities. My apartment happens to be one that gets direct afternoon sunlight, causing the master bedroom to stay hotter than the other rooms. When this was brought up to management, they arranged to have my the patio doors (off my bedroom) tinted to block some of the UV rays.

Of course this place isn't perfect. There are a lot of pets (but I have 2 dogs, so not an issue for me.) You will hear a bump or bang every once in a while, but nothing out of the ordinary for living in an apartment building. I do wish my apartment had more built-in storage (like a coat closet for my broom & vacuum), but I've figured out a storage solution that works for me.

Overall, it's been a very pleasant place to live. I'm not fighting for parking. There's not loud parties all night. It's super convenient location, with walkability that you don't normally get this far into the suburbs. Definitely recommend it!!

I have been searching for an apartment since February and after many many tours, I happily signed with AMLI simply because they were the best! Julian from the leasing office has been truly amazing throughout the whole process. Julian never once made me feel pressured into signing, he took the time to explain everything in detail and was always kind and professional. Most places, after you sign the lease they kinda forget about you - but NOT AMLI! All of the staff members are continuously friendly and really make you feel like you are part of the AMLI Family! I have HIGHLY recommended this place (especially to other students) and I will continue to recommend AMLI Park West!

Our 2 years living at AMLI were magnificent! Never had an issue what so ever. This community has set very high standards for us when looking for other apartments. The staff is great, the amenities are great, the apartment was very peaceful and we rarely wanted to leave. It became our resort! So 5 stars all the way, definitely recommend! We felt sad leaving but it was due to a job change. But if we were to come back to this city it would would be hands down AMLI PARKWEST!
