Wow… I had a great experience at AmpUp.

During the initial consultation, David was very interested in listening to what your weight loss goals were. If you didn't have one he would try to help you come up with one. From there he explained the program and how it worked. The results would be different for everyone but they would be definitely effective. I just completed my third monthly visit today, and my results are amazing as I have lost 36 lb over the last 3 months. It's important that you give good feedback on your experience in the program which helps with improvements if needed. I would highly recommend him for anyone that has struggled with weight loss in the past and looking for a safe alternative to get fit and healthy.
