I’ll call and get your lawyers involved with this company I pay for a service in three weeks now they go over my cans and pick up my neighbors. I’ve complaint and they always promised to call back and they never do!! The people they hire are rude !! I simply just want my trash picked up! They’ll take your money and never pick up your trash !!

Awesome job! Read:
Amwaste did not pickup our can. I called and got frustrated trying to find the right office. I was very upset and may or may have not left a bad review at the moment. I received a call back from some manager, which I wish I could recall her name. She apologized and made all these promises which really set me up for more disappointment. Sure as heck they came through with every bit of their word. Lesson learned, be patient and let your wheels squeak til you get some oil.

This is the second week in row that my trash hasn't been picked up. I had to call them last week for a miss pickup. How hard is it to pay someone $84.00 quarterly to have them picked my trash up every week? I lived in Hueytown, Alabama for five years and never had a miss pickup!

If I could give zero stars I would! Amwaste is a joke! My trash hasn’t been picked up in 3 weeks. Customer service said they be out this morning they came and picked up everyone trash on my road but mines and my payment is up to date. You call get attitude from some of the reps. One rep told me how are we supposed to know if it wasn’t picked up if you don’t call because we pay y’all to pick up I shouldn’t have to call you you’re getting paid to do a job! I call and still nothing is resolved. I don’t understand how they’re still in business with this horrible customer service! Theirs is no need to pay them when they’re not doing their job. I NEED MY TRASH PICKED UP TODAY!!!!

This is the 3rd week of missed pick ups. The bill has been paid. Customer Service has no ability to assist, they literally said the driver might have forgot and remember and come get it later. That did not happen. Since the merger with Advanced Disposal it has been nothing but problems. I flagged down a truck from a competitor & they actually picked up one of our cans just to help out. Amwaste Come pick up the trash.

Their driver absolutely destroyed power in 100 degree heat for the entire neighborhood. Two days late on pickup too.
Edit: 3 days. They didn't get the trash out today either.

Horrible! I put my trash can in the same spot every week. On 11/1/23, the driver sped past my can and driveway. I verified this by pulling up my security camera footage. It's Friday evening and my trash still hasn't been picked up. In the past, the have not picked up my entire neighborhood. I pay my bill on time every quarter. My trash can is full and I don't have any room to put next week's trash in there. Overall, 2 of the 3 people I spoke with in the office regarding this matter were kind.

We have had so much trouble with Amwaste, and from all the reviews we are not the only ones. For years they had actually been dumping out our trash cans, and now they just grab the top bag off the can and leave the rest full…even though they have a truck that can dump it without them having to. I’m not sure why we are paying for trash pick up when they pick and choose to only pick up what they want. No consistencies at all. Now we have a trash can full of rotten grimy junk that they just leave. We will likely just cancel and take out trash elsewhere.
