I had positive experiences with Anderson Rehab Services in Highland, IL from day one until I was discharged. Kaitlyn was very friendly but also a very thorough therapist. She explained everything in detail and was very helpful in ME being able to understand everything. Nikki the secretary was also very friendly. I always knew when my next appointment was.
If I ever have to have physical therapy this is where I want to go to.

My issue was balance. Kaitlyn developed several exercises to increase my strength at my ankles. She was always positive and helpful. The therapy was one on one. The place was clean.

Highland has several different rehab companies. I was glad I was assigned to Anderson since it one on one. The therapist was not trying to coordinate three consumers at the same time.

My negative comment is scheduling. I expected the same day(s). and times each week. My first two weeks varied. I received calls if other times were better. After my first two weeks, my sessions decreased and scheduling was much better.

I had a great experience during my therapy over the past couple of months. Alexis was very friendly and always tried hard to accommodate schedules that worked best for me. She listens and communicates well and helped out Kaitlyn when necessary. Kaitlyn was excellent as well. She accurately identified the problem with my back and hip and developed a approach that I could also use at home. She pushed me just hard enough but not to the point of pain. She was both personal and very professional with her approach and also friendly. I am very satisfied with the outcome. The location is also very convenient and not overcrowded. I highly recommend them.

Loved having a facility so close to home/work. Alexis is always very sweet and accommodating to patients. My therapist Kaitlyn worked so very hard to correct my issue but, it was a double whammy of an issue. She tried her best and every trick she had. If I ever need therapy again, this will be the place I go. I love the small, intimate atmosphere. Never crowded! 🙂

Katelyn was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to help my husband with his shoulder/neck issue. Her concern for his healing was noticed and we thank her for it! He appreciated that he only saw one therapist who knew him and his issue which made him more comfortable.

Staff was always very kind and friendly. I was always seen in less than 10 minutes but usually it was right away. I almost never had to wait which was very nice!
I loved the women that I worked with and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of physical therapy

Awesome customer service (Alexis is always on top of things and delightful to talk to!), and awesome therapy (Kaitlyn is a rockstar and fixed my shoulder that has been hurting for months!)!! If you're looking for a really good PT, this is the place! They will work with you on scheduling and stay on top of your insurance requirements too!
