In May 2023 I paid $450 to get the process started. The I paid $1100 on June 8, 2023, then I paid another $1100 plus $150 in October of 2023. Finally got the plans in November 2023. When the contractor came out to build, the poles were 6" OUTSIDE the concrete pad and it cost me another $750 to have the plans revised for this and because the original plans were for a wooden deck, not a concrete pad. Really, REALLY, not happy. I really feel like everyone is taking advantage of me!!!! Single women beware!

As a licensed contractor, this was the worst experience in my life, hired them to do engineering for my new home, and took them 3 months. Only to be rediculed, accused, then threatened with the city inspectors. Please do business with anyone else.

After almost a full month, Robin never even gave me a proposal. I called her about 10 times. Finally I called her out. She basically told me to go jump in a lake. Thank you for wasting a month of my time, Robin!
