Panels sitting for months with no contact from Apollo. Bills coming in for them but no connection. Installer came to my door with a cigarette in his mouth. Left trash in my yard. Asked for another crew to come out but never saw anyone. Roof damage at install not repaired as promised. Customer service rep works from home with crying children in background. Original contact fired and no one picked up the account. Don’t waste your time with this company. Their goal is to collect the money from the financing company first and foremost. Apollo employees get their paychecks but the work never seems to get completed. They are listed as Calvary Solar with the financing company and the phone numbers provided are dead or to former employees. Mosiac customer service says there definitely seems to be something fishy about that and suggested I file an FCC complaint.

I have been very disappointed with this solar company. The whole process has been a nightmare and has taken much longer than necessary. I signed the forms on June 17th, and it is now November 23rd and the panels have still not been hooked up. They are very difficult to get in touch with via phone call or email, and you rarely (if ever) receive a phone call back.

There have been 2 major hold ups at this point. The first was when the project manager left their company after my initial solar panel inspection, and no one would return my calls or provide any updates for 4 weeks. When I finally received a call back, I was asked to sign and return an Interconnection Application so Ozark Electric could get scheduled to be hooked up to the meter. I signed and returned the form in 1 day, and was told that it was being sent to the electric company (October 19). It is now November 23rd, and after checking with Ozark Electric again, I am being told that they still have not received the application within the last 5 weeks. I am now on my third payment for a set of solar panels that are not working, and cannot get in touch with anyone at Apollo.

EDIT: After my initial review, Apollo finally contacted me and stated that my inspection originally failed. They did correct it, and the electrical company was able to go out within the next week, reinspect and swap out the meter to turn on the panels. However, I was not aware that I would be charged $80 for the reinspection fee, and have sent several emails to Apollo requesting if they could reimburse me for the mistake that they made, but have not received a single response. I have also noticed that I cannot view the working status of my solar panels, and it seems they have me logged into another person's address. I have tried to see if this could be corrected so I know if mine are actually working or not, but again have not received any response in the last 3 weeks.

I DO NOT recommend this solar panel company to anyone.

Never will we recommend this solar company. Please use anyone else!
We signed and panels came and were installed in a timely fashion. The installers we had did a good job. Mosaic our finance company has been easy to work with.
It was down hill from there. Getting the panels checked, inspected and running was a nightmare that took extremely too long.(months)
We were promised in writing that Apollo would reimburse any payments made to Mosiac before panels were working. We are still currently waiting on those payments to be reimbursed. They never answer the phones. My husband is going to their office soon. If that doesn’t work, we will go to file a small claims court suit.
I repeat *NEVER EVER USE THIS SOLAR COMPANY*

Update: 5 months now and I have found out the company never paid for a permit to put the solar panels up and will not return the inspector's calls. Do not do Business with this company.

The panels went up quickly, but that is the only positive I have so far. I have had to call every step of the way to get this company to do the next step. They installed the panels, and didn't get their own internal inspection set up until a month later when I called asking when Entergy was going to turn on my panels. That took another 2 weeks to get done. The inspector told me he would talk to his supervisor to get the city inspection set up, but I had to call again a month after that to see why the city inspection had not occurred. They told me a fire code was incorrect on the paperwork for what the city wants. The loan company emailed me last week to let me know that since it has been 3 months since Apollo received their first payment, my payments are due on 10/7. I understand things take time, but family friends used another company, had their panels installed a week before mine, and got everything taken care of in a month without having to contact their company once.

This is extremely unprofessional for a company that boasts about being in business for over 12 years, and embarrassing that a local company could outperform by this margin.

Look for a different company to install your solar panels. They left the city in which I live two days after my electric company approved installation. I was one of the fortunate ones. Numerous households in the area in which I live were abandoned by Apollo with solar systems unapprovable to be activated by a local electric company.

Kylor and Jared installed our solar and Cody our sales rep have been really great to work with while we are waiting our inspection , however so far every one is been great to work with.
Our inspections are all good now, yes, taken longer than expected, however customer support has always been there during the process. i still give 5 stars to the company. After electric company gave the authorization , Al was out and spent time with me and help me understand the system, and helped me understand why it took longer,
I also have made payments to my loan before completion. All is well and has worked out well.
Thank you for all involved in the process of my solar project.

Our experience with Apollo has been horrific!! Our process began in August and the entire time we have had to call to get things done up until now. After 2 1/2 months we did finally get panels on our home, but now can not get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. And the sad thing about this is that they prematurely started withholding funds for our panels out of our account before we have them up and running because someone reported we were up and running and that my friends was a lie. They made it sound so good and it has turned into a nightmare!! I wish I could turn back time and not do this. If anyone is considering solar panels through Apollo I would really research my options. Not only am I out of pocket for something that doesn’t work, it looks as though im going to have to hire legal services to either get my panels completed or have them removed.

So far, we have not had a good experience with Apollo. The only contact I have who will actually communicate with me says that he has been told my unit is up and running, but it is not. We were told in August that there was some sort of software that needed to be installed, and they were not sure what to do. They said they would contact us and figure out what is wrong with the unit, but we have not been contacted in over a month. I have tried reaching out to multiple people with only one person responding. He gave me the phone number of his manager, and the manager’s voicemail box is full. I also don’t know if the phone number is legitimate because the voicemail message has not been personalized. It would be wonderful if someone would see this review and contact me to provide further assistance.

Update: After I posted this review, I was (finally) contacted. They had people at my house in two days. They claimed the part did not arrive until Monday (the day after I posted the review), and that was the reason for the delay. There was no apology for the lack of communication for five weeks or the fact that my email and phone call were both ignored. The quality workers came out today. They said that they were here for a while and need to schedule another time to come out when we are home, so they can get into our attic. One problem I have is my first payment will be soon, and my solar is still not working. I’ve been told that Apollo will cover my payments until my unit is producing and offsetting my electricity bill.

Update 11/4/22: Apparently our solar works now; however, I still have no way to confirm this because I was told I would receive an email with login information for an app, but I have yet to receive an email. My husband was first told to download this app September 26th, and I was given the information for the same app on October 19th. We are now being told to try and access the app by typing “forgot password.” We will try this and see if it works.
