Joseph noticed the yellow jackets flying in and out of one of my outdoor lights, and went above and beyond making sure that was taken care of and that no other wasp nests form anywhere else in the house. Also took care of our lawn to make sure it’s free of ticks and fleas. Very happy with their service. Can finally hang out in my deck and not get any mosquito bites.

Always pleasant and professional staff call here. They are very thorough in their work. I asked the young woman who came this last time to please spray under two spruce trees I had to go under to clear vines from. She not only obliged but sent me a photo. The prior time she was here she took special care to reapply treatment to two areas around the house which had been wasp nests during an earlier call just to be on the safe side.

I like this company. However I have no noticed a change since they got bigger. They charged my credit card more cuz they raised their prices but never told me. They also said I had to agree to use them for 24 months to get the same price. I agreed but they never credited me for the few months they charged me more.

Shawn, our Aptive service professional was top notch. Courteous, helpful, and very understanding to our needs. He sent pics of what he was doing outside and listened to our insect ?️ issues inside the home. He made sure he got the nook and crannies of where these things like to hide.

The technician Brennan, who visited our house today was as usual, extremely friendly, very thorough and very friendly
I would be happy if he would be our technician every time. He let you know at least 40 minutes before he gets there to your house and while he’s here, he’s really great I would recommend active or Brennan to anyone
