I signed up on Thursday and it was seamless. Jackson, the rep, told me what to expect during the agreement. The service goes far beyond what ABC was offering for twice the price. I scheduled our service for 2 days later in the morning and the technician, Joseph, was here right on time. He was very thorough, going over everything he was going to accomplish. After he was though he rang the doorbell and again let me know what he had done and said if we needed anything just to give him a call. Very impressed!!!!

Don't be fooled by their promise to provide a complete service, no results even after several regular treatments with follow up retreats. Lack of training, professionalism, not on time, management has no solution and unresponsive to cancel and or reimburse customer.

Not one to leave bad reviews, but this has to be a warning. After 2 years of mediocre service, including a pest issue never actually being controlled, missed appointments without notice, and one tech who came twice, stood in front of my yard for 10 minutes, and claimed he did the entire home in 45 minutes, I finally had my last straw. PLEASE READ. A tech yesterday forged my signature and renewed the contract without my authorization. I did not interact with this person; he electronically signed the contract, and I received an email confirming the renewal. Customer service tried to help and sent it to legal, but I doubt anything will be done. I highly suggest everyone avoid a company whose employees feel they have the liberty to sign on your behalf. To top it off, the forged signature didn't even look like mine.

I recently used Apptive Pest Control for a service, but unfortunately, the results have been far from satisfactory. Despite the treatment, I continue to see bugs, insects, and even wasps all around my property. It’s disappointing to invest in pest control only to have the issue persist. The treatment provided seems ineffective, and I expected better results from a professional service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apptive Pest Control unless there are improvements in their treatment effectiveness.

Enough is enough with the solicitation! On consecutive days I've had a young guy interrupt my work by ring my doorbell and knocking on a glass door. I open the door and both times they are staring at an iPad and I have to ask "can I help you?" Clearly a very poor job at how to sell a service. But then when I explain both times that I already have pest control and I'm not interested in switching, both salesmen (using that term loosely) are intrusive and get very close to the line of being confrontational. My advice, stop with the amateur solicitation campaign and work on improving the slew of negative reviews.

The business side of this company is extremely dishonest. I have attempted multiple times to cancel service because we sold our home and moved, but Aptive continued to charge me 3 consecutive months after I called them directly to cancel service. I even told the service technician that serviced our property to please cancel our service. Today I called Aptive once again to tell them I am still being charged for service and want a refund for these charges. The Aptive rep says we have to prove we cancelled service. I have never had a company this blatantly rip me off! I DO NOT recommend this company at all, now I need to dispute this through my bank!

When you see a no soliciting board in front of the house, do not ring and try to sell your services. If you are good and people need a service they will call you. Also when someone tells you that they do not need your service that usually means that they do not need your service.

Do not use this service. They lost BBB accreditation and have a very large amount of 1 star reviews. I wish I had checked before I signed up. The sales person will lie to you about everything from cost to the length of the service period, and will not give you a chance to read the agreement (I know this is also my fault, but it shouldn't come to this). I didn't think any wiser because I had seen the trucks all over my neighborhood and the service seemed legitimate and professional. Any attempt to contact them and make this right has only yielded copy and pasted responses.
