Unprofessional, disorganised, over priced and inefficient. I had to call twice. There was lack of communication, clarity and continuity, having to call numerous times and speak with different people. Also asked to help the man carry out the job, which was a health and safety hazard . Felt no customer support at all.

This company aren't reliable and don't follow up on their email.

I booked then to empty and clean my septic tank. They quoted a price with which I didn't feel the need to bargain on.

Our communication was via email and I only ever received a loose date. Attempting to follow up and get a firm date proved fruitless with no response.

I subsequently found another company who were €150 cheaper for emptying and cleaning my tank.

Would I choose or recommend AQS Environmental Solutions? Absolutely not. Life is too short for messing about with unreliable companies...

I phoned them on a Monday morning and 4 hours later they were at my house and completed cleaning job. I found both the office staff and the man that called very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

When they do actually turn up they do a great job but unfortunately I have called numerous times over the last couple of years & they are always too busy to take the job.
