I’m so disappointed, I’ve been using Aqua Plumbing & Air for years and this visit to change out one landscaping light that they had put in 2 years prior cost me 483.00 for one light. The fixture itself retail is 55.00. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of, our world is changing for the worst I fear and people charging exuberant amounts for everything. I can no longer say that would use this company. I don’t mind paying for things and I understand prices have gone up but really, 483.00 for one light? I just put new tires on my car and for 4 of the best tires and labor I paid 976.00, for a military family that we are this is outrageous.

I had David K From Aqua Plumbing come to my house about a water heater issue. I told him my problem and he very patiently explained what choices I had. I liked he didn't try to sell me anything. I decided to have the water heater drained, which did not solve the problem, but recommeded that Frank S should come out and test my water. Frank S came and tested my water and explained that my issue was the hard water and that I should consider a water softener. Both gentlemen were polite, friendly, and acknowledgeable.

We had David service our AC yesterday. He was on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. We are using Aqua Plumbing for all of our AC, Electrical and plumbing related issues and needs. Super easy to deal with and great service from the first phone call to the workmanship. I would give 6 stars if possible.

David is excellent. His level of customer service is superior. We highly recommend him. Aqua is a wonderful company with unparalleled service.

Update: Graham Y came out and did the yearly service for our HVAC system. He went above and beyond to assist.

PS Ashley and the entire office staff are also wonderful. We have been with them for decades. Since they do plumbing and HVAC, they do it all and by patronizing this company you can just have it all in one place.

I think their pricing is fair, but they’re not going to be the cheapest in town. As a person who appreciates value, but also excellence, I think it’s important to consider whether you want the job done right or are you just too cheap to pay for good service.

The old adage “you get what you pay for” absolutely applies here. I’d be willing to pay a higher price in order to get good service. But I really do think their pricing is fair and competitive in this local market. In addition, they’ve won many local awards and I think that’s a testament to the fact that their value is appreciated.

Note: I do not work for this company and this is not a paid review. They’ve been servicing our home for 20+ years. We are very picky customers as you can see, probably from all of the reviews, and I only work with vendors that are trusted.

Today (4/7/23 approx. 4:15pm) I saw an employee of this company pull into a neighbor's driveway to turn around and to my surprise they didn't back out of the driveway instead they drove over the front yard and back onto the street!!! When I confronted the employee at the house where he was working he denied doing it. When I said I'd take a picture of his truck and report him to the police he said he didn't mean to do it!!! Which is it ... he didn't do it or didn't MEAN to do it? If this is how employees of Aqua Plumbing show respect for other people's property I would NEVER USE THEM!

I reached out to Aqua Plumbing and Air Conditioning for a minor issue, and they exceeded my expectations yet again. Within a couple of hours, a technician arrived at my house. Notably, they sent their best person. The entire team exudes a fantastic, team-focused attitude. Alex R, our technician, is the embodiment of patience and knowledge. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that the issue was not just fixed but resolved effectively. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service!

David is always pleasant and professional. He explained the problems with my unit, and made every effort to restore my system to working order, as quickly as possible. He was successful, thank goodness!! I have never had reason to complain about any services provided by Aqua Plumbing and Air. I would highly recommend this company.
