Look for a skilled plumber who has their own business. This is a bloated company that loves charging beyond what is reasonable and tries to get the most out of people.

I needed a $20 foot valve replaced. They had four trucks show up, they all stood around chatting until they dropped a giant quote on me to rip everything up and replace it all. I hired a skilled plumber who replaced the foot valve in a few hours for next to nothing.

I’m sure they’re good at connecting pipes though. They seem to make a good profit from it.

Response to owner's response: This was a few years ago. I was only inspired to drop a two star after talking to my aunt, and a friend who both recently had a similar experience. My review is valid to your company and to anyone who wants to avoid a situation like this.

Hello! My pressure check valve on my well system was dripping so I called there 24 hour service line midday Saturday, the woman who answered was very nice, I told her my problem & she said I would be called back by there on call plumber, Kevin called me & also asked for pics of our equipment, so I sent it along. Kevin showed up was very friendly & helpful. Kevin told me what to watch out for in the future & replaced the parts that needed to be replaced & we honest & told me my pump inside was still good. He was thorough, neat & knowledgeable. Very happy with the service & will definitely use Aqua Pump again for any issues in the future. Five Stars!⭐️ Thank You Kevin!

I own an older home and was desperate for a completely new system; pump, tank, filtration, and a UV sanitizer.
Aqua Pump did an amazing job that was timely, cost acceptable and efficient.
I can drink my well water!!
Just a year later a ran into some concerning speed bumps after a routine annual service on my system. After I called, the very next day Mike their service manager came out with Ben and helped me through the entire process and explained and fixed and did above and beyond for myself and my wife.
I genuinely couldn't be happier and commend the Aqua pump team. I have recommended this company to most of my family and they continue to prove to me I'm making the right choice. Thanks guys!

Every time I see their ad guy extolling their virtues, it grinds my gears. They did it once, poorly. Pipe adapter not fully seated in the carbon tank and leaked. Refused to come back unless I paid for a service call. Son in law tightened it to compress the packing which was visibly not seated. I use Greco & Haines - they do stuff correctly and don’t need repeat visits.

I have been using Aqua Pump to service my well water, pump and filtration system for over 25 years. We had a rare pressure reduction in our system and they were here in no time to fix it. It's great to have a trustworthy service company like this to be able to rely on. Great job and thanks.

At about 1:30 I called Aqua pump and talked to Tanya.
Told her that we had no water and gave her a few details.
She said someone would be out shortly, she was not kidding.
Jeff and Trevor showed up 15 min later, assessed a wiring issue.
Started pulling the pump, 10' in problem discovered, chaffed broken wire. Repaired wire reinstalled pump, had us up and running by 3:30.
Amazing response, excellent diagnosis and efficient repair.
What could have been a very costly replacement repair was solved with a few wire connectors.
Well done, Well done!!!

I’ll start by saying everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. I had my water tested. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I expected a call with results and opinions moving forward. What I received was an email with lab results and a quote for a whole new system that was already in place when the sample was taken. I am by no means a scientist and couldn’t make heads or tails of the results. Had we spoken on the phone we could have had an open dialogue about the system in place and if it just needs a recharge or replacement. I guess this is customer service in 2024.

We recently had our well pump go on a Sunday morning. I called the them and was quickly in touch with a knowledgeable technician and was walking me through things to check. When those items were exhausted they were in there way out to fix it. I called the at 9:30 a.m. and by 2 everything was fixed and running again. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. This isn’t the first time I have used this company and won’t be the last if I need anything in the future. I would highly recommend them.
