This place has a great selection of fish and aquarium plants and I come here often for plants for my tank. Most of the staff is extremely friendly, but unfortunately I had a horrible experience here recently that made me disappointed.
Bought 3 African Dwarf Frogs on Dec 23th, and when I got home one of the frogs was floating weakly at the top of the bag. I decided to isolate the two living frogs in a holding tank and the one sickly one in its own water that came from the store in a second holding tank.
The next morning on the 24th the weak one died, and one of the 2 frogs in the other holding tank also died.
This place has a 48 hour guarantee for frogs. Unfortunately, This place was also closed on Christmas Day. I called on the 26th in the morning and explained to a male employee over the phone what happened, and he told me to bring in the frogs and he would grant me an exchange, since they were closed on Christmas Day at the 48 hour window (mind you both frogs passed within 24 hours of buying them).
Drove 20 minutes to the store and was directed to speak to a female employee in charge of the aquarium section. Unlike all the other employees there, she was extremely rude.
I told her I brought my dead frogs in for an exchange and she abruptly told me “Wheres your water sample? No exchange without a water sample.” (Employee over the phone did not explain I needed a water sample.) I explained to her the above situation regarding the frogs’ deaths; she cut me off and said, “Its been more than 48 hours.”
I told her they passed on the 24th and they were closed Christmas Day so I couldn’t even come in if I wanted to. She replied with, “You could have called yesterday.” Really? On Christmas day when the store is closed?
Not only was she rude, but didn’t even give me a chance to speak without cutting me off.
Since I drove 30 mins out of my way, I decided to buy two more frogs while I was there. But honestly, if I knew they wouldn’t take them back I wouldn’t have gone back. It was a complete waste of my time.

I love going here. Its one of the few stores that let you interact with the animals before you buy them. That's so important especially when you are getting something like a hamster. I was sad they were out of dwarfs but they had a huge selection of Assyrian and they are super friendly and cuddly since they are used to being handled. I will only buy live pets from here.

I come for the salt water fish, pond, and some fresh water fish.
Salt fish and coral prices have risen everywhere and having the store club membership helps, you can buy for a month, year or permanent.
Good stock and variety of fresh fish and plants.
Salt fish stock is low lately and variety is low but there international restrictions which apply everywhere, just disappointing.
The store has a decent variety of beginner and advanced reptiles plus the equipment and some smart staff to help pick EQ based on your needs.
Be sure to check around holidays for specials on large fish tanks and habitats.

This store has a great selection of fish and other pets. I went there for hermit crabs. I wish they kept the hermit crabs in an enclosed humidity controlled tank. They are in a dry open table where people can touch them which causes a lot of stress. Plus their table is very dry and hermit crabs breathe through gills so they're slowly suffocating. Other than the hermit crabs it looks like their aquariums and animals are well kept.

My experiences at this location have been very positive. I've purchased many fish and had little to no issues. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a bit of a wait but I'm sure their experiencing what all retail businesses are, short staffed. I have stocked my 200 gallon tank with South American Cichlids from this store and no problems. They are a bit pricey but what people don't realize is better quality. I've been to chain stores and what's labeled as a blood parrot isn't quite that.

Great selection of fish, prices are extremely excessive, and service is terrible due to lack of staff. Almost 20 minutes spent just trying to get someone to assist in purchasing fish. Should reconsider their business plan because this was just awful experience
