I am a past customer and needed to have 3 trees removed because of disease, etc; an Ash, crab, and pear tree. The Ash tree was the most concern because it was directly over our Koi pond in backyard. Fernando & the labor crew made certain the pond was covered with tarps to protect fish from wood chips & sawdust. They were very careful with branches & heavy logs, swinging them professionally to the ground crew below. They grounded up the stumps so I was able to plant new trees in close proximity. The crew was very professional in cleaning up the project.

They may not be able to complete the tree removal, trimming on the same day because of emergencies & magnitude of project, but once they return you can count on a job well done.

Arbor Tek also trimmed numerous trees on the grounds of Grace United Methodist Church in Joliet for a very reasonable price. Ron Jr., Fernando and his crew are very professional and will be the only tree service needed for your project.

A year ago I had Arbor Tea remove 2 large trees, grind the stump and remove the debris. They did an outstanding job. Last week - I called them for removal of a very large limbs & 2 smaller ones that broke off my tree. Ron & crew came out the same day to do the job. I highly recommend Arbor Tek!

Very disappointed. Had previous dealings with the owner and he seemed to be a man of integrity. Took out our tree and left a large amount of debris over that area. Never offered to remove debris. Found out that it was additional charge. Ok fine, hubby cleared the debris out and found that Arbor Tek did Not completely remove the stump and roots for which we had PAID THEM to do. We have made multiple calls to have them complete the work they were PAID to do. Apparently I was wrong about the owner, he does not seem to care if a job is completed correctly. Highly advise you do NOT use this company.

After a storm with straight line winds damaged many of my trees, I contacted Arbor Tek for help. Ron gave an estimate, and I found his prices to be very reasonable. He wasn't price gouging, based on the storm. His crew removed a branch hanging in the street, then returned 9 days later to remove, prune, grind stumps as needed, and clean up. The crew was here 2 days and did am amazing job! They were professional, courteous, and knew exactly what to do! I highly recommend this business, and I will contact them in the future for tree maintenance and landscaping!

Hired them to take down a tree in my backyard on Sept.10th of this year. Were supposed to stump out the tree so I could plant grass in the area. When they were done there was a mound of tree debris. I called them up because my neighbor had them do a similar job and they had no debris. They told me it was a separate team and it would cost $350 more. Neighbor told me they took the debris and gave them an extra bill for $350 that was never discussed before the work was started. After I picked up the debris I found that not all the tree was taken out and there are 6" mounds of tree that need to be dug up. I called Arbor Tech and they said there were others in my area that needed extra work and they would call me. Tried to call them more times and was finally told, rather rudely, that they would call me when they had someone available. That was 6 weeks ago. Too late to plant grass this year and I still need part of the stump dug up. When I hired them for the job it was done late. Equipment problems, people problems, etc. I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone. Job was done poorly and they obviously do not stand behind their work. Will probably need to hire someone else to finish the job and do it correctly next year.

I have used Arbor Tek multiple times. Their prices are reasonable. They just came today to cut down two large Blue Spruce pine trees. The crew was very professional and efficient. They took great care cutting down the trees and grinding the stumps. They did a fantastic job cleaning up when they completed the job. Highly recommended!

Contacted Arbor Tek for a carpenter ant problem on a linden tree in my backyard. The tech showed up the same day and provided an honest assessment and provided useful home remedies for me to try. Followed the recommendations provided and got rid of the problem. I also had them prune the linden and clean up a service berry tree in the front. Price was reasonable and service was great. Technicians cleaned up after completing the job. Thank you Arbor Tek! Will definitely use them again!

I have used other tree services before finding Arbor Tek. They stand out as a quality firm compared to other companies I've used in the past.

I had a huge tree removed that was very close to my neighbors house and even she was impressed by their expertise and respect of her property. She saw previous tree removal companies work in my yard in the past and Arbor Tek far exceeded any other company in safety and technique. I must agree as other companies took shortcuts which ultimately ended up with me dealing with issues of property damage.
