Our driver showed up an hour early this morning. He asked for the day off to attend his child's wedding and was told no. So now he doesn't get to spend his day with his kiddos ideally and customers who put recycle to the curb in the AM (due to wind reliably blowing recycle all over the neighborhood) either get missed or have to run barefoot in the frosty grass to try and get recycle picked up. Nobody can go 2-3 more weeks! Very nice driver working for company who seemingly doesn't care about him or their customers.

It had been about once a month for the last year or so they did not pick up my garbage. As of now 06/2023 it has turned into about every other week they don't pick up my garbage. If I were paying for every other week that would be great, but the price gets higher and higher. They still don't pickup. The local manger in Clinton Illinois also did not call us back we could only talk to the people in Peoria Illinois. I wish I could give them no stars.

Moved two and half months ago have had to call every week to get picked up. Have called , emailed and nothing but broken words. Emailed and confirmed that Tuesday was pick up and trash is still sitting on the end of the drive. I have called every day and was promised I would be picked up the following day guess what didn't happen.

This is the absolute WORST company to choose for residential pick up! It's been 2 weeks since we started service. We have yet to receive our garbage can, leaving us with the 2 cans that we already possess. 1can does not have a lid. Apparently, since there is no lid, they won't empty that can. If i could actually get the can from them, then I would stop using the can without the lid! Then they claim(via sticker) that it's too heavy to lift. My 13 year old asthmatic son doesn't seem to have issues with it, but these grown men do?
I keep being assured that it will be picked up, to no avail. Maybe I should show them how easy it is to pick up the can... by dropping it off at their location...

Would not always take all of the trash. Changed the requirements without notification and we had to call to figure out why trash was left behind. Additionally, we canceled our service effective June 1 and as of Oct 1 they have not refunded our credit balance and have not picked up their trash cans.

Used to pick up recycling along with garbage. Now they pick it up once a month, not nearly often enough. Not that they actually ever manage to take it anyway. Fifth time this year they've somehow missed my recycling, which is already filled to the brim from an entire month of trying to recycle what little we can.

Add on top of that them increasing the cost of pickup when they never come get the damn bin anyway and it's not wonder they have "garbage" reviews. Recommend you pass. Get your own can and go to J&S. Wish I had in the first place.

The most unprofessional business Ive ever had with any type of service. They forget to pick up my trash atleast once a month. If you call to make a payment no one will answer. Their website doesn't work to make payments. They expect you to mail them a check every other month and if you dony they turn your garbage off and charge extra fees. They didn't pick up my trash for 2 months and charged me for a "service" that wasnt provided. This company is a joke. If I could opt out to any other service here I most definitely would. The way these crooks are running a business it shouldnt be long before they have no business at all. They're just absolutely terrible. If you have a choice of a service provider I would suggest taking your business else where!

Corporate was complaining about it.
I just want to pass along how deeply DISAPPOINTED I am with you all. For over 2 YEARS I have taken my husband lunch and all of a sudden now you decide to have a problem with it? And if we do come we have to be confined to the conference room? My toddler is very loved and well behaved, my other is only 3 months old. We have been no trouble to you for the hour we are there to enjoy time with him and his coworkers. The drivers even enjoy seeing the kids and eating the treats I bring. For supposedly being a 'family oriented' company you have now shown your true colors. Thanks for taking away one of the main things my son enjoys and looks forward too.
