I moved to Florida for work, from New Jersey. I came to Arium Boca Raton, just to see the property. But once I met Lauren, in the leasing office. I knew this was going to be my next place of residence. She was very personable, and informative. So much so, that I applied that day, and moved in within the week.

I just renewed my lease here, and anytime there may be an issue, or I have a concern. She is still the same personable, and informative person I met in April 2024. I enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood here. And if not for Lauren, I wouldn’t be living at Arium Boca Raton…

This is a story of redemption!

When I was asked to leave a review in years past I wouldn't. I worried about retaliation because what I had to say back then was nothing nice. Management in the past and the maintenance supervisor were both atrocious. Landscape was awful, it looked like living in the ghetto, bugs in apartments, broken stuff everywhere, it was awful and I was embarrassed about where I lived and more embarrassed that I paid over $2700 after added fees to live here. I only stayed at the complex because of the wonderful lake, the sense of community with my neighbors and at the lake, and honestly, I hate moving.

Fast forward to 2025. I began working with Lauren and Debra in tandem when it was time to start discussing my lease renewal. I was very pleasantly surprised. Debra had the new maintenance supervisor come to my apartment and allowed me to walk him through the issues that had been dismissed and ignored previously. He agreed that the issues I was having should have been addressed previously and he was happy to jump into action. The entire staff worked quickly to get my most pressing issues resolved. Not only were the biggest issues resolved but they were resolved quickly and efficiently! Debra kept me up-to-date with frequent communication and delivered on her promises. I am thrilled she is running this place now!

I have also noticed that the apartment building exteriors are getting refreshed, light bulbs replaced so paths are well lit and safe, and common areas better maintained.

I am proud now to leave an unprovoked positive review for Arium. I think the office and maintenance staff deserve a huge pat on the back for their hard work and dedication to resident satisfaction. Thank you, Lauren, Debra, and Raphael, you have made me want to stay at Arium because I can add to my reasons to stay that I actually like my home now!

Whoever owns Arium now, don't screw this up...keep THIS staff happy and in place, they are keeping your residents happy!

For the past year, our home in Arium Boca Raton has been an incredible experience. Since the day we moved here, Lauren and Debra have been a blessing to my family. They have been incredibly sympathetic and tolerant with our predicament. They make every effort to ensure that their tenants are happy. We are on our third week living at ARIUM BOCA and could not be happier. The staff of Debra-Property Manager, Lauren-Leasing Manager and Raphael-Maintenance Manager as well as all the maintenance people who actually fix and maintain grounds have been SUPERB. Nothing we requested in apartment to fix is too much to ask. The neighbors have been wonderful. Much more friendlier than our last apartment. Very social atmosphere with occasional food and ice cream trucks. We unquestionably recommend ARIUM BOCA.

Lauren is so freaking awesome !!!!!!!
I wish I could give her 10 starts
She really listens and honestly puts herself in your shoes allows you to finish your sentences unlike others in that office..
she is always is super friendly & professional sometimes I tend to talk a little to much but she never interrupts and gives you the ear that you need.
I was ready to break my lease due some frustrations that I have been having & after speaking with her I’m at peace with my decisions of remaining here. Lauren is the only reason why each year I decide to continue to renew because I know someone actually cares for us residents in our hard times ❤️

3 years so far and everything has been good. Very quiet area near by alot of shops and the mall is not too far away. Lauren in the office is phenomenal as well she always makes sure everything goes smoothly. Cheers to another year at arium.
