We hired Arizona A/V to do an overhaul of the existing sound system at the Oasis Pool Bar as well as add a sound system throughout the pool area here at resort hotel in Scottsdale. It was a very large project and the attention to detail, training of our staff and follow care was amazing. Tom G and his team are reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent experience with AZAudio Visual. The Principal Tom Gazda made recommendations that fit our vision and Budget. Installation done by professional and respectful installers. Shortly after install we begin to have issues with the equipment that proved quite difficult to solve. And certainly not without continuous effort on the part of Tom and his staff. It was finally determined that the problem lay with the smart Sony TV which when they alerted Sony was replaced in a day. Once that was sorted, we have enjoyed our new system greatly.

I can’t recommend AAV strong enough. I recently moved to Mesa and built a new home. I called them and asked them to evaluate my new home and help me figure out my needs for the whole house. They came and did a walk through and were thorough about all the options available. They helped me figure out a perfect plan for all my TVs and sound system. They provided a very detailed quote including all equipment and installation costs. I was surprised how hard the owner Tom Gazda worked to find the right plan for the right budget for me. He was awesome to deal with. The installation went very smooth and the time they took to do the complete orientation was impressive. The system is fabulous. He stands by his work. He’s called me several times to make sure we are happy with the system and was is willing to adjust anything at any time. Truly remarkable service.
