First these houses are not the best built quality but price is cheaper then other houses. But you expect a house to not have so many issues when it's brand new. The AC unit kept tripping and turns out the connection to the breaker was loose. Several connections were loose. Warranty is non existing I've submitted a case over a week ago with not response. The ceiling was leaking because they didn't put a cover in one of the outlets on the roof. The water is coming out hot in the cold setting. They did not cross the connections because the hot side comes out hotter. This builder is a mess stay away.

This Company is very poorly run and managed. They do a incomplete job on houses they charge good amounts for sub standard material and don't even put screens on windows. They don't clean up the job sites the workers have a dumpster and they throw the garbage on the ground to blow around. The workers do not care about the site or the effect it has on the neighborhood. They management doesn't care to fix problems either.

I was very hesitant to purchase a century complete home by reading the reviews that people have left on here. My experience, however, was completely different! I had the pleasure of working with Ashlee Croft who was amazing and very communicative keeping me informed via email. What needed to be done to keep the process going as well as going above and beyond to negotiate a really good deal. I have realized that people only leave reviews when they want to complain about something. So I wanted to share my positive experience that I had with this builder and definitely learned that sometimes you have to take a chance and not count on what the reviews say.

I hate to say this, but I actually feel better seeing all of the negative comments about this company. I thought my horror with them was personal...but now I see this is how they do business.
The project manager for my house should be fired! The many things he did not inspect and left undone unacceptable. I had to fight just to get what was rightfully mine. Promises were made that were never kept! It was nightmare.

Horrible communication with the office team and the customer service manager. The upper-leveled managers never followed up and didn't care I had issues they did nothing!

What I went through was unbearable even after providing the company a full professional report of everything that was not done. Still they couldn't fix and handle business. I was excited about my home purchase before this. In fact the pre approval process was better than dealing with the Century's team. All I can say is they're crooks! Please shop around don't make the mistake I did.

Haven't closed yet. My sales agent is Steve Maxwell. My loan officer is Bryony Scharnett. So far the whole process has been smooth and they take the time to break things down for me as a 1st time home buyer.

It is however, a bit hard to get a hold of them sometimes. Regardless, both have contacted me on a Sunday at some point. (I know they work Sundays but still.)

Upon witnessing the build process, quality seems to be decent. I wont know about critical structures such as electrical and plumbing until I have settled in.

The current builds In this area utilize post tension slab foundation. I did not get to see if they properly installed drainage and sealed so I can't speak on that. Also missed framing along with shielding so I will just have to find out.

The people they contract with are all skilled and good people, having said that, they get paid per house and not by the hour, so go figure. The superintendants are also really good people and are truly willing to help and work with customers however they can.

Having done my DD, Century Complete has really bad rep. But thise were in other states and from years ago.
Anything missing from this review is due to the fact that I havent made it there yet. Will update as I move forward.

We signed a contract that said we would get our money back if we couldn't financially make this work. We went through 2 of their lenders plus the lender we already had pre approved us for an x amount of money. We could not get enough financing and told them so. A couple weeks later, the builder Jason tried calling us the day after we put down more earnest money on a completely separate home to try to continue selling us the other house and we told him that 3 different people denied us and what exactly did he want? So since we told him we can't do anything that supposedly makes it ok to basically steal $2000 from us.

Nobody ever actually follows through on anything. We've been waiting since October for them to come back and fix stuff they promised they'd fix. We've made multiple calls to multiple people, we've been told they were submitting tickets but have never heard back. The fridge they gave us due to their delays was busted when they delivered, they promised they were going to bring one that wasn't busted, it's been 5 months. They never returned to put the fixtures on the laundry room doors. For as much money as we spent on this house, the least yall could have done was actually finish the job. We called about swelling in our roof weeks ago and haven't heard back about that either. At this point it feels like they're just trying to push past the one year warranty so they don't actually have to fix anything. At this point, not only do I not recommend this builder, I have told everyone who has asked about it how terrible the customer service is and how little they care about the quality of their work.

I warn all buyer to use caution and stay away. I am currently in contract and they have tried to cancel many times. I am getting the feeling that they want to keep the earnest money deposit only as they pray on 1st time uneducated homebuyers. The communication has been horrible from the start with this company and management uses scare tatics and threats. With so many other options I would avoid this company at all costs. Learn from my nightmare experience and RUNNNN RUNNN far away.
