READ ME!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Gustav did poor work on my laptops. I went to pick up my laptop and the screen was cracked and it was not connected to the hinges properly. Why would a technician tell you to come pick up a laptop in this condition? Tape was used to hold my screen in place and to most likely to hide shotty work. The first three pics are pics of my "repaired" laptop, the last pic is the tape used to hold on my screen. I paid alot of money and this was the result. You will pay for something then hear excuses as to why its not repaired properly. DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETED. George used to be great. I never had an issue and had about 5 laptops repaired successfully. I met Gustav about a month ago, gave him the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Ask him how his warranty works.... I will never do business with this company again unless George came back. George was the only one who knew what he was doing. Just so you know this business is moving to a new location at 4131 N 24th St, suite C-200. Unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money, take your laptops/computers anywhere else but here. You will not be happy with the outcome. Gustav, I really don't like posting negative reviews but the way you conducted business and your low quality of work is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend them enough. They were extremely communicative, very kind and quick. I dropped off my PC to be a fresh build on a Saturday and got it back on that Tuesday. The price was extremely fair and the customer service was excellent. They have earned my business and I will keep coming back. As you can see from the picture there a cable management is on point I have zero complaints.

Great service & super friendly! Got a computer off someone that ended up being corrupted and Gustavo the manager was able to create a clean slate for me to use. He Informed me of the process and was very speedy, even threw in some extras. Definitely found my go to place

Unfortunately things didn’t work out as his assistant & now he has me blocked and doesn’t want to pay me. It’s very frustrating dealing with people like this especially when you thought so highly of them.

This guy is a con man to be avoided at all cost. He sold me a non-functioning Wi-Fi USB.
Even he couldn’t make it work refused to give me a refund after he said he’d give me a refund when I bought it if it didn’t work

I was stressed out about a crazy school semester starting and the hassle of finding a decent computer for a fair price up until I came here to The Computer Lab. Thank you Gustav for turning my stressful computer situation into confidence in myself for this extremely busy semester. I am very happy with my decision to go with these guys because I am having a very successful time due to the help and compassion from them. Thank you again for helping me in my time of mental chaos. Even helped calm me down when I was obviously stressed out lolol love my new PC

I was very disappointed. George is no longer there and the guy who replaced him, has no integrity. He sells his computers for too high of sass price: He is a big talker And he prices the computers too high.

Stood outside for 30 minutes waiting the guy just kept looking at me and when we would make eye contact he’d look away. I could only see his head behind a partition so I thought he was eating and waited respectfully. The guy finally opens the door to a crack and sticks his head out. I asked him if he sold cases and graphics cards since he has boxes of gpus on shelves and he said only with full builds and shuts and locks the door walks back to where he was so I’m waving at him he looks at me and just shakes his head no. I had another question about my computer because I’m getting a cpu fan error. But oh well I guess I’ll be pleased to not deal with this guy. What a joke I get it there’s homeless and drug addicts in the area but seriously this is how we do business?
